Great location. Good communication. A bit of room for improvement in the cleanliness of detail areas, like around vents, etc, but rooms and kitchen was spotless.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is so fun next to downtown Overland Park! The house was very clean and identical to the listing. The communication with the host was really fantastic and they helped us resolve a minor issue in a matter of minutes. Overall, I’d highly recommend this rental!

I like the number of beds. And the living area. There was a mishap with the refrigerator and the breakers which caused us to have to ice our food and drinks for a few hours. We also had a little bit of an ant problem which they brought bait traps and spray for but it did not rectify it before we left. They were quick to respond which was nice. We gave them a few items to fix before their next visitor

Thank you, Jill, for your feedback. It was a pleasure to host you, and communication with you was always positive and respectful. I truly appreciate your thoughtful suggestions, your feedback is invaluable and helps us continue improving the experience for future stays. For our future guests, please know that the refrigerator issue has since been addressed and is in great working order. Regarding the ants, the home receives regular pest control service. During Jill's stay, we offered ant bait to help manage the issue, and we have since taken additional steps to resolve the problem. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us.

Needed a larger property and this did great. Communication was great, inside was clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, very close to the restaurants and downtown area. Highly recommend!

Perfect For Families

The house was very nicely updated with modern amenities. The beds might be the most comfortable, I've experienced in a vacation rental! The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with what we needed to make meals. House was in a nice quite neighborhood, yet still close enough to anything we wanted to do. The host’s communication was prompt, and they even provided ideas for things to do, and places to eat in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would look to return for a future trip.

Great house, convenient location, beautiful decor and fixtures

House was exactly as pictured and very clean. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and convenient. Pros: Spacious bedrooms and common areas Comfortable beds and linens Clean and modern decor, appliances all good Great lighting throughout and ceiling fans Good amenities and supplies Great information from hosts, timely with correspondence Cons: Stairs to 2nd level are steep, not that many stairs but each step higher than normal. Only two of the five bedrooms have a TV. Other than master bedroom, no dresser, table or luggage rack or anywhere to put your stuff (except small nightstand and closet).

Convenient location!

We came into town for a Chiefs game. On arrival we were given wrong code, but host provided us a new one within 60 seconds of sending a message which was great. House was comfortable, good space for us all to hang out, beds very comfy. The house did have a lot of wall damage (missing paint, tons of black scuff marks all over walls , there was an exposed nail in the downstairs shower, hole in the bathroom ceiling…I think it needs some paint and finishing the renovation to truly make it 5 stars. And maybe put the wifi code in an easy to find location so we aren’t all on the floor reading tiny numbers and letters to one another? Or change it to something easier and hang it on the wall? Typically vrbos offer some type of typed guide with info in it, too. I would stay here again but I think the property needs some finishing.
