The entire 2nd floor was dedicated to full recreation facilities including gym, card area, lounge area, poolroom, ping pong room and large recreation bar lounge area. The outdoor facilities include a grill, tables, and chairs with umbrellas.
The beach deck has lounge chairs around the pool, large spa, and private access gate to our 'Private' beach.

The 3-bedroom PH condo is newly decorated and fully furnished to give you the utmost comfortable vacation escape. This model features spacious floor plan with 2 Private Master suites, large living room, formal dining, and 3rd bedroom/ Den. The balcony features a southeast ocean view, west canal, and city residents. The condo is tastefully equipped with turnkey furnishings, kitchen wear, Utensils, all kitchen appliances, and porcelain flooring. Each room has Smart TV, High Speed Internet, and Cable.
