Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms, plus an amazing kitchen and an extremely comfortable living room. Conveniently located in Mason, Ohio, this home is perfect for both long-term and short-term stays. Parking in the driveway and on the street!

When you walk in the door you are transported into a comfortable and cozy living space. Everything in this property is brand new and ready for your stay!

There are three bedrooms in this home. One king bedroom is located towards the back and has it's own bathroom with walk-in shower, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and Smart TV. The second king bedroom is located just to the right of the entrance and also has a smart TV. You'll also find the twin bedroom with bunkbeds right next to that. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The kitchen, living room and dining area are open to one another, which makes it convenient to enjoy your time together while cooking, eating or simply relaxing on the sectional.

Don't worry about your laundry needs as we have a free full-size washer and dryer in the house. Detergent, dryer sheets, iron and ironing board are all located here!

Mason is a great location for work or play and we'd love to host you!

• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Please pick up after your dog.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

Clean, updated home in quiet neighborhood

This house is exactly as described in the listing. Recently renovated, it is in great condition and was perfect for our group of 4 adults in town for a long weekend event. The furniture/beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has all the basics. I'd recommend it to others looking to stay in this area.

A true gem in the middle of Mason, Ohio! We came from out of state for a medical procedure and some recovery time. This was the perfect home to do so! The house is beautifully furnished with all new modern features, very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. The layout design is also very smart and beautiful. Jason communicated as needed and promptly. Situated in a large quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and a small park around the corner. Location is ideal with all the shopping and restaurants you need within 5-10 minutes. I-75 and I-71 close by. We will definitely stay here again if the need arises!
