Our one month stay was exceptional. Bob and Derek were very responsive and considerate. The home is cozy and comfortable, the location is perfect. We could get anywhere we needed from Davis to Lincoln. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, just bring your toiletries and clothes. We will be delighted if we can stay here again.

This house is wonderful! Very comfortable and in a great East Sac neighborhood. It is the nicest rental house we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect for easy commuting to various parts of the area. The hosts have thought of and provided everything renters could possibly need during their stay. The backyard was perfect for our dog to roam around in. The host, Bob, made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to staying here again when we visit Sacramento.

Charming home & great location for visiting our grandchildren. Bob was very kind to allow us to check in a few hours early & responded quickly to messages. We had everything we needed & the cleanliness was perfect! Beautiful yard, laundry, great bath towels & well stocked kitchen were all extra bonus we appreciated. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Home away from home

Our stay was very comfortable and loved the accommodations. The owners were great to work with communication and check in was exceptional. From now on, this house is our number one choice to rent when in Sacramento.

Best home ever!

Arrived and checked in seamlessly; home filled to brim with amenities and then some!Will definitely return as location was 10min walk to our daughters home, who we came to visit.Enjoyed cooking in the adorable kitchen and relaxing in the comfortable living room.Bed was so comfy after a busy day.

Best VRBO stay I’ve ever had

This is a superb house to rent. The owners are lovely and accommodating. The location is great. The house is really cute and has a nice back porch and yard. I was here for 5 weeks and it was all perfect.

Excellent place to stay in Sacramento

House was clean, comfortable, and charming! Great location - walking distance to several local coffee roasters, restaurants and short driving distance to downtown, attractions, etc. Bob was awesome, responsive, and very flexible with everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect Home!

Beautiful home in a nice, quiet area! The house is very spacious and if you enjoy cooking, you will be very happy with all the amenities provided. The air conditioner worked perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Neighborhood shops, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. Would love to stay here next time I am in town!

Perfect location!

The house is a wonderful vintage Tudor cottage in the perfect location in Sacramento. Walked to Temple coffee, the best coffee in the city, just a couple blocks away every morning. Great Indian food at the end of the street and plenty of other options, as well. The host was very kind and the place was immaculate. Highly recommend!

Cozy Craftsman

My parents loved their stay. This craftsman home has been lovingly renovated and was super clean upon arrival. Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to one of the best coffee shops in Sacramento and a unique Spice and Tea shop. Historic Mckinley Park is close by for those who enjoy close by spots for a walk or run. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I live in Wisconsin but like to visit our son (and co-manager) who lives just minutes away from our East Sac home. I very much enjoy staying here periodically, especially when it is winter in Wisconsin.! So we consider this our home and have furnished it and stocked it accordingly. We've learned that East Sac is a wonderful community with beautiful tree lined streets and is convenient to most everything. We can walk to great restaurants and shops. And we have wonderful and quiet neighbors. We think you will enjoy our home as much as we do!!
