Great place to stay highly recommend!

Great walking distance to the beach. Its a little hard to find if you are not familiar with Panama City Beach.

The host was very accommodating whenever we had questions or needing something fixed. Overall, this was a wonderful property to rent, roomy, nice bathrooms/kitchen, and close to the beach. The sofas did not have much support left and replacing them should be considered.

Very Nice Beach House

We enjoyed our month long stay in this spacious, clean, nicely decorated house just a short walk to the beach. Location was good for everything we wanted to do and Cort and Chase were great to work with!

Great Place To Stay

All around great place to stay. Very easy group to work with and very responsive. Short walk to uncrowded beaches. All sleeping areas were very comfortable. Perfect location. Hope to stay again in the future.

Fall break vacation

Enjoyed our stay at the Beachy Bungalow, the weather was great and we enjoyed riding in the golf cart. Easy access to the beach. Enclosed back yard for our Jack Russell to enjoy also.

Cute little beach house!

We had the best time here! It was convenient with its own private beach access and close to several restaurants. Cort and Chase were very helpful and communicated with us! We definitely recommend!

2023 Spring Bike Rally

This is a great location, just one block off the main strip. Not a lot of traffic! I will definitely be staying here again!

This was a great house! Super clean, easy to check in, great communication with host! Despite not being able to get in to the ocean bc of double red flags, we had a blast! Thanks for having us! We will be back!

Great property. It was our first time renting a house and we all loved it! It was a short walk to a very private beach. I'd bet any property the Harwood's manage is top notch. They were great to work with. We will be staying with them again. Thanks for the great trip guys.

The Perfect Get Away

This Property was not only in the best location but it was so nice! From the Decor inside the house to the whole lay out was just great. You have your own private beach access which is wonderful and the golf cart you can rent was such a good deal. I high recommend this spot and will probably book it again and again and again! Great Family Spot

Great family vacation home. Extremely clean and more than enough room. Very homey feeling. Kitchen had enough dishes and cooking appliances that we need for cooking and staying in. And a lot of cabinet space to store groceries for our stay. Large laundry room was a hit for us. And they provided enough towels for our crew which rarely happens. Short walk to the beach and in a central location. We enjoyed our time there very much!

Great Communication and Property

Only 1 block from the beach. We opted to rent the owner's 6-seater golf cart for the week which made the commute easy. Clean house and recently updated. Great communication by Cort and management team!

Wonderful place

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. It was clean and spacious, close to a private beach but yet close to Pier Park and several restaurants and stores. The golf cart is a must! The kids enjoyed riding around the neighborhood and going to get ice cream. I loved everything about this house and the location! Oh the beds were all so comfortable! Cort was great and attended to our every need! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great choice for lovely beach access.

Location of clean, fully appointed house was ideal. Host provided awesome buggy (six seat super size road worthy) for golf cart friendly community. Made beach access so easy and pleasant. Cool to ride elsewhere for activities instead of using car. Made vacation feel really different from doing daily errands.

Great experience

We stayed here last minute because our other Vrbo cancelled on us. They made the last minute booking possible and helped us along the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was clean and had lots of room for my big family. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The private beach made it even more exciting and it was on a great location. This is what I really needed while on vacation. The whole stay was relaxing and my family loved it. Will definitely book again.
