The place waS great. Well lit with so many windows. We did not go on the balcony as it was cold but the views of the fold course were nice. We did not use the pool either bc it was 40 degrees !Good location and easy to reach the host. Thanks for a great weekend.

I received the wrong information(bldg # apt #) . One call got that straight .We understand expenses but I believe there should be salt and pepper shakers available along with more paper towels. The showers were extremely slick with no mats or grab bars.

Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify a few points. The correct building number, unit number, address, and check-in instructions were sent several days before your arrival. I’m not sure where the incorrect information came from, but once you contacted me, I was able to quickly get everything sorted out. Regarding the household supplies, the listing states that the property is stocked with an initial supply of essentials. additional paper products are not included amenities. Thank you for your feedback regarding the shower. I appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration for future improvements. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

Perfect little vacation condo

The condo is perfectly placed to take advantage of everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. 5 minutes to the beach, Broadway at the beach, water Park, restaurants, and more. The property was clean and fully furnished. The laundry in the unit was perfect for a long stay, and the balcony overlooking the golf course was a great place to start the morning with coffee or end the day with a drink. Internet worked perfectly, and every room had a tv. Overall a great place to stay for a long week.

Never rent a Vrbo property that does not have a review

Property is a very nice layout but needs refreshing and more detailed cleaning. Kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean but all cabinets, door jams, walls, trims and vents had layers of dust and grime. Unit was advertised with a washer and dryer but did not work. Property manager was notified but no repair was done.

Kathleen, I appreciate your feedback and am glad you liked the layout of the property. However, I’m disappointed to hear these concerns in your review, as I did not receive any communication from you during your stay regarding cleaning or maintenance issues. I always encourage guests to reach out so I can address any concerns immediately. The washer and dryer were not reported to me, otherwise, I would have arranged for a repair. I take cleanliness and guest experience seriously and would have been happy to send my team to resolve any issues.

Non mi è piaciuto: Comunicazione

Property in desperate need of updating. Sloppy repairs done. Furniture old and snappy.

Very disappointing. Condition of unit poor. Communication with Host difficult. You ask a specific question and get a response that does not answer the question. Repeatedly. Washer quit first few weeks after two attempts to get me one that worked it was so small you could only wash a few things at once. No offer to compensate for the inconvenience and expense of have to use a laundromat. Shower needed to be fixed. I don’t understand the high ratings, makes no sense. Assistance from VRBO is non-existent. Give you the run around. Say someone will get back to you and they never do. Very frustrating and disappointing Experience. Makes me very leery of using VRBO again or trusting the reviews.

I strive to provide a positive experience for all my guests, and I worked diligently to resolve the issues you reported. While I understand that personal preferences vary, the unit is accurately represented in the listing. I appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements.
