First time renting our 2 BED & 1 BATH section of the house with fully equipped kitchen, island, small dining table (sits 3 comfortably), large sofa & 55" flat screen Smart TV in spacious living room.
Steps away from amazing Alta Vista City Park, offering dog parks, tennis courts, Ramada's, children's playground & immense grass area for your pleasure & enjoyment.
Just minutes to shopping and freeway access. Close to community parks, multiple walking trails meandering throughout the neighborhood, along with a shaded playground and sport courts.

Queen size beds in both bedrooms (one is BRAND NEW); Sleeps 4 (2 in each bedroom).
Two (2) overnight guests allowed (no sleeping accommodations provided). Large sofa can sleep 2.
Property has washer/dryer, backyard patio, uncovered driveway & street parking.
Not to be a party house as owners live on site in an attached unit also known as Mother-in-law suite with their elderly dog & have their own private backyard entrance.
No shared spaces but some shared walls.
