Noisy location

The apartment looks like the pictures, however, there was a strong odor of mold throughout the condo. The location was not the greatest, it is located right next to the Stinkey Point bridge which is very loud with cars racing up and back at all hours of the day and night, trucks traveling on and off the island. Its difficult to leave the property by car, as its the first property next to the bridge and traffic is always backed up there, so that was not easy-in fact it was dangerous at times. They were also doin construction on the bridge at night, so there was noise from that. The hallway on the floor was dingy looking and in desperate need of new carpet and new paint. The property itself was clean.

This was our first stay in Siesta Key, and the property checked every box. Located about 2.5 miles south of the village, it was an easy bike ride to everything.We made full use of the amenities each day—from the pool and pickleball courts to the private beach access and the backyard channel views. Everything was enjoyable. There was plenty of parking, and the gated, key-code entrance added a nice sense of privacy.The condo itself was clean, and the property was extremely well maintained. The space suited our needs perfectly. The oversized balcony looking towards the pool, courts, and the water was a highlight, and the additional bedroom balconies were great for enjoying the fresh morning air.We would definitely look to stay here again.
