Perfect location for mountain getaway

Absolutely loved Kyla's place. So so convenient to get back and forth to the mountain. My extended family stayed four nights over spring break and enjoyed a couple of days skiing and a couple of relaxing days in Welches. We even found 10 of the 50+ geocaches that were hidden within a couple of miles of the place. Loved the house as the view is worshipful and plenty of space for our larger crew to unwind, play board games etc. We will be back again!

Perfect for a family gathering and getaway.

We went to the Mt. Hood area to meet up with our son and his family over the Winter holidays. The house is really comfortable, cute, and spacious. The setup was perfect for our family getaway. This gem has a wrap around back deck -that backs up to tall trees and looks over a forested canyon. We were really lucky to get some snow one of the days we were there, and it was truly magical waking up to Winter's beauty. The floor plan is laid out in such a way that my hubby and I were able to stay on the main level- where the master bedroom, kitchen, and main living/dinning area all are. While our son, his wife, and our grandson, had an entire downstairs living/family room area, bathroom, and two additional bedrooms to themselves whenever they wanted some space from our full family interactions, or wanted to play video games on the consoles. My husband really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day sledding with our grandson at nearby SkiBowl. and It was nice to be able to park in the home's garage- on wet/rainy days. Property manager- Kyla was awesome, and she always communicated with us promptly if/when we ever reached out. All in all it was a truly wonderful experience-to feel as if we were among the treetops in the middle of the woods with all the amenities of home, yet really close to everything the nearby towns had to offer. Hopefully this destination will become a yearly thing for us. Next time we hope to come in the Summer to do some hiking.
