This oceanfront second floor studio is new to our rental program with sweeping panoramic views of the pacific blue ocean. From the minute you set foot into “Seascapes”, you'll quickly settle into the peaceful rhythms that life on the ocean brings.

This beautiful coastline is a picturesque paradise that offers some of the prettiest views on the island. Getting a vacation rental just off the Royal Coconut Coast is a true Kauai experience that you can accomplish when you book a stay at Islander on the Beach 254. This soon to be newly decorated property is a true ocean front studio that looks out onto the water. You will enjoy a selection of amenities and features that make each stay just as incredible as the last.

It also allows for easy access to other areas of the island, such as Princeville/Hanalei in the north and Poipu in the south. You can walk to some of the best east side attractions like the Lava Lava, Imua Coffee, Sleeping Giant Grill and the famous Coconut Market place with weekly hula shows.

The TV was impossible to figure out even with the multiple instructions. There isn’t a HDMI2! We didn’t care too much as we don’t watch a lot of TV but you need better instructions for the next guest.

Becoming a morning person

View is accurate from pictures. I wanted to get up in the morning to enjoy the view and the sound of waves rather than sleep in. Rental was clean with an air purifier to run. I did have a sinus/allergy attack which probably was curtain and bedding. Water pitcher and basic kitchen supplies were provided. Was able to reheat in microwave or toaster oven. Location is great with Lava Lava Beach Club and Coconut Marketplace an easy walk. Parking was easy for Islander on the Beach. This was perfect place for a first time visitor to Kauai.

Gorgeous view and beach access. Property grounds were beautiful. Lots of lizards, chickens, and other birds all around. Couldn’t get enough of the pretty flowers around the property.

Beautiful View

The location is awesome, it was beautiful to have that amazing ocean view right outside the door. The coconut marketplace is less than a 5 minute walk away and has great restaurants and stores. Awesome place!
