The living room is a cozy haven with a stunning fireplace, plush luxurious sofas and armchairs beckon you to relax and unwind after a long day.

In the dining area, an elegant chandelier hangs above a spacious table, creating an inviting ambiance for memorable gatherings with loved ones.

The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, boasting a king-sized bed with a plush, tufted headboard, and soft, high-thread-count linens. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like retreat with a sleek freestanding bathtub, a spacious walk-in shower, and a vanity adorned with contemporary fixtures.

The inside of the property is identical to the listing photos. Host was easy to get in contact with and incredibly accommodating. In August this location is particularly beautiful. We would return here again. Note that the pools are not walking distance and an additional cost, and the public access to the lake is a 15 minute walk (the lake is visible 2 minutes away but private access). Just something to keep in mind! Overall a wonderful stay.

Girls Trip

Such a perfect place for us to stay! We especially loved the large dining room space and comfortable outdoor deck! Location was very peaceful and easy drive into Bentonville for Crystal Bridges and restaurants! Great communication with host too!

Cozy Spot

We enjoyed this location, it met our needs and offered a nice weekend getaway experience. We had more time than expected available and decided to spend time on the deck and grill. We will stay in this location again when in the area next time.

Awesome!

Great location for biking and it’s a beautiful house! It was really clean, the beds are comfortable with lots of extra blankets. Easily fit our group of 7. We really liked the assortment of games and the big dining table. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect ride in/out location!

Picked this house for its proximity right next to the trails and totally scored an amazing experience. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms, quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the bike stand and large trail maps in the garage. Would definitely come back!

Family getaway

Our family of 8, 6 adults and two teens, enjoyed two wonderful nights at this place. We enjoyed the comfort of the home. The host was easy to contact and helpful. We spent time at the Beach at Lake Avalon swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We also walked the Tanyard Trails and explored the waterfall there. We had a great time!!!

Favorite NWA stay

We visit NWA regularly for the wonderful biking and this was our favorite home! The location is perfect for lots of biking opportunities. The layout works really well for a family. The home is beautiful, with lots of little touches. Our kids loves the board games. And the kitchen was the most well stocked of any rental home we’ve used. Can’t wait to come back!

Your home was perfect for my family members. Being on level ground was an added perk! My older sister has balance issues and my cousin is about to have ankle replacement.As for the house and the wonderful accommodations, you hit the highest marks! Keep it up, you are a winner of a host!

Great Memories Here

My daughter got married this weekend at the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel that was maybe 5 minutes from here. This home will forever be in our memories of this special weekend. The location was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, beds, pillows, linens, furniture and furnishings were all 1st class. Lastly, my elderly parents were able to navigate their way around the inside of the home and the deck area as there were no stairs they needed to climb. NW Arkansas Razorback Game Stay

I was very impressed with the property. It was totally redecorated and looked brand new. The accommodations and location were great. I would stay there again. My only complaint is whoever does the cleaning did not do the best job. The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned and had the previous person’s toothpaste on it. The floors had not been vacuumed thoroughly and there was hair, outside debris and large dust bunnies on it.

Great location in Bella Vista. Central to most of the amenities and close to Hwy 71 so easy to go south to Bentonville or north to Missouri.

This property was the PERFECT spot for a weekend away with best friends! Everything was clean, updated, and very comfortable. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The patio area was perfect for sitting out in the evening. We also loved the spaces inside to spend time together including the living room with seats for all and the big dining room table. The beds were awesome and we all slept so well.One note: We were a little confused by the lake and pool access at first. Make sure you let the hosts know you plan to access either at least ONE WEEK before you travel. I missed that when looking through the details but luckily, the hosts were still able to get us passes and we had a great time! We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back!

Communication was fast and friendly to get our guest passes ahead of time. The house was lovely and super clean. The location was convenient and close to several golf courses. It was hot and the AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. No issues and no complaints, would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely location!! Everything was just perfect! Just an FYI, the outside trash bin needs a good cleaning. It’s a bit fragrant!! Other than that, everything was as advertised and the location is perfect!!
