Except for the school, it's a super peaceful neighborhood. If you hate children laughing across the street during the day, don't stay here.
There are four bedrooms upstairs, and one double vanity sink, plus a shower bathroom. There's a full bed on the back porch, but it's not made up for guests; you have to let us know and there is an extra charge of $35. There are minor level changes in the house due to 100 years of add-ons....two of the upstairs bedroom have a step down to them. I raised the living room floor to install real oak, so there's a sloped threshold to the dining room. However, a person with some disabilities could comfortably stay on the ground floor, with the ramped porch and two spaces to sleep on the ground floor. There is no level change larger than a threshold. There is a tub/shower on that floor, it's not ADA.
The entire 2,300 square foot house, the pool, and the front and side yards are yours to enjoy. Onsite caretaker residence in the far corner of the half acre lot on the Salem Avenue side. The person that lives there is my 25 year old son. He just graduated from the Police Academy, he works at the Ace Hardware in Eustis, and he's interviewing with Law Enforcement locally. He won't be in your way, and he takes care of the pool. He has two dogs, they won't be in your yards when you're there.
