An incredible off-grid escape! The lodge was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring Acadia and the surrounding area. Our dog had an amazing time experiencing the waterfront and trails with us. Highly recommend to anyone looking to unplug and travel with their four-legged best friend!

Beautiful Property, very peaceful! We explored the river on the kayaks, took the canoe over to the pond, enjoyed nice camp fires and gazed at amazing stars at night! Cabin was very clean, had everything we needed to make dinners and relax playing cribbage and chilling out. The beds were super comfy! Kim was very responsive to a few questions we had during the week. Will definitely be back!

PERFECT!! It’s the best way to describe both the description and the seclusion of our vacation. It is so quiet you could hear the hawks wings flap above you!! I would visit often if we lived close enough. Was lucky to fish, enjoy the wildlife, the fresh blueberries and TOTAL RELAXATION! The host is on top of everything and I do not think we wanted anything we did not have offered. I would strongly recommend booking a stay here.

My husband and I came up from South Carolina for a delayed honeymoon. The cabin is spectacular and it’s so well laid out, great kitchen and utensils, can’t say enough about the outdoor space, wonderful fire, pit area, and gas grill, and the pond with the kayaks and the canoe and my husband went fishing and caught a couple fish. We brought along our Shih Tzu and he was able to just run free not on a lead… There’s just so much space for him to explore and me feel safe with him not going anywhere. No intrusive animals appeared just a beautiful blue Jay on the birdfeeder she has hanging outside the living room window.If I lived closer, this would be a great weekend rental to come and just unwind enjoy the outdoors and the peace and quiet. The outdoor space you can’t really explain it. It’s just quiet. Loved it and would recommend it for a booking absolutely.

This is spectacular property! Private beach, with a canoe and kayaks, was awesome. Tranquil setting with nature and wildlife surrounding the great cabin. Excellent communication with hosts.

Perfect Little Maine Getaway!

Perfect, secluded area with beautiful views! It has a lovely trail going down the beach/water area. Beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Loved it!

This lodge was absolutely stunning! It had so many amenities and was close to the river. It was a super relaxing and beautiful location & lodge. The pictures of the lodge and land does not do the property justice! 10/10 I would recommend anyone to stay here. My husband and I are already thinking to come back and hopefully stay longer than this visit.

Time to relax and enjoy nature and quiet. Every modern convenience you could want and the kitchen and really nice grill outside was great. So enjoyed our stay at Rivah Lodge.

As advertised, beautiful location and highly recommend for those looking to detach from the day to day hustle. Plan ahead for grocery shopping as there wasn’t much available this time of year for restaurants. Loved that we were able to bring our pup, he had a great time bunny watching!

This was all we were looking for and more -- remote, beautiful, quiet. The extra little touches in and around the cabin made it even more special.

Nice place. Beds were comfortable and clean. Quiet and quiet, no sounds of cars or people. Had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor eating area and fire pit.But be sure to bring supplies as it is a drive to a store. We stopped in Bangor on the way in. Glad we did.

My partner and I decided to stay a few nights at the cabin. It was super clean when we first got there. I had communicated with was Kimberly I believe and she was so nice. They even brought us propane in case we needed more for the grill . The fire pit was already set up too. the cabin was wonderful and we even got a visit from a rabbit and baby squirrels while we were there . We also saw some beavers . The kayaks and canoe were fun also. I would highly recommend this location. It was super peaceful, and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. Thank you soo soo much. hope to visit again.

A perfect piece of paradise.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is quiet, beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The beds were so soft and cozy. The furnishings both inside and out were plentiful and comfortable. We kayaked, canoed and went fishing. We stayed for a full week and loved every second of it.
