Amazing Stay near Boone

Trully amazing cabin near Boone, perfect for two couples. Had a blast building almost all the puzzles they had. Great location as well only 15 min away from DT Boone.

Great location for local activities or to do nothing at all. Backyard stream and fire pit was a neat evening gathering spot for our family.

Great location- everything within 20 minutes, clean, quite spot, beautiful creek, clean hot tub, has everything you need. Thank you for sharing your cabin!

Favorite place yet!

We go to the mountains 3 times a year. Soothing Waters was our favorite place yet! Beautiful cabin, great deck for grilling, firepit, and stream below. Property Manager is excellent.I would highly recommend and we will be back very soon!

Far enough from town to be convenient yet quiet. Nice pond and fire pit by the creek. House was clean and well stocked.

Relaxing

My wife and I rented the soothing waters cabin for a long weekend of relaxation and it did not disappoint. Very quiet and relaxing weekend. A great place to stay if you want to just relax. I would recommend for anybody.

Wonderful place for our anniversary.

This cabin was the perfect place for a relaxing get away with my wife. She loved the cabi so much she did not want to leave. The lighted Christmas tree was a wonderful touch. The whole cabin was perfect. The view and sounds of the stream off the back porch were truly relaxing.

A fantastic cabin close to Boone

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying the woods and the sound of the stream below, as well as some cozy nights by the fireplace reading. Check-in was super easy, as was communication with the renters during our stay. We were only a 15 minute drive to downtown Boone, but the cabin felt like you were kind of away from it all so we could enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Cabin

Soothing waters was wonderful!! The cabin is nicely furnished with very comfy beds. Loved the little (but big) touches such as a sound machine in each room, kitchen and bath soap sets, coffee pods etc. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The location was peaceful- it felt so remote, but was not far from grocery etc. The kids absolutely loved the stream and fishing in the pond. We would stay again!!

Serene and Cozy

Such a cozy cabin with all the comforts of home. Warm fireplace, clean hot tub outside and such a comfortable place. The owners thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Sitting on the porch and watching the leaves fall and seeing the deer jump around on the property were just great, so relaxing! Cabin was immaculately clean. Can’t wait to return someday soon!

A little peace of perfection

This sweet cabin truly has it all!! The sheets, blankets and towels are so soft. Fun books and games at the ready. A gas fireplace 🔥 The Creek!!! A wonderful hot tub on the deck. It is the most soothing place I have been at in a while. The construction of the cabin is exquisite. Loved everything about this cabin and hope to return!

Great family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus our pup! We were close in proximity to attractions and restaurants while still staying in a quiet, relaxing, secluded location. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well as stocked coffee for us tired parents. We would recommend this to all our friends. The only negative was the mattress pads wouldn’t stay on the beds and the pillows were very flat. Otherwise we had an amazing time and are so blessed you shared your incredible home with us.
