This was such a lovely house - the perfect setup and plenty of space for our group of 8 friends. Very nicely decorated, CLEAN, and had lots of everything we needed from towels to dishes to pool floaties. The pool and patio area were great for hanging out. The host was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great area too - the neighborhood was safe and quiet, with big box stores like Costco, Walmart and Target nearby along with a nice variety of restaurants. We walked to the Mexicano and had a fabulous dinner. Would recommend this house to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property! Very close to lots of conveniences like stores and restaurants! We traveled with a two year old and 5 month old and the home had great baby/kid items. We will definitely return!

Excellent place to stay in north Scottsdale, house is perfectly setup for guests and hosts were responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

The house was beautiful! There were so many fun activities for my family to do. It was a great place to stay! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! It was also in a great location. It was very close to a Walmart and other stores.

Great place to relax while being close to so much

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was spacious, clean and convenient to many things we wanted to do in the area. The owner was very responsive with the small issue we had and worked to resolve it quickly. Highly recommend!

Amazing property

We absolutely LOVED staying at this home. Everything is new, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Location was close to everything and quiet. We will definitely rent this beautiful home again.

Our second year staying here and having a great experience! Anna is a wonderful hostess! House is a described. Can’t beat the location, close to all Scottsdale has to offer.

Great house and great location

House is exactly as described. Very clean with plentiful amenities. Heated pool at no extra cost was a nice addition. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

A gem in Scottsdale

The property was very well maintained and had a great backyard pool area. It was clean and well organized! The location was pretty good, about a 15 minute drive to Old Town and any hiking. The arcade room was a huge hit with the kids. We really enjoyed our time here!

We will be back

The house was perfection and has everything you could want or need. It was perfect for our group of 6 - 2 adults, 4 kids. It was clean, beautifully decorated and in a very peaceful neighborhood. The owner Anna was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very quick and detailed in her communication.

Well-done Brand New Property

We chose this house for our 3-day trip to Arizona during the holidays. This home is walking distance to Paradise Valley Mall. It was our first time in Scottsdale and we visited the Botanical Gardens and Kierland Commons. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for our stay – plates, wine glasses, and all the cooking utensils. Although we never used the pool, we spent time on the chase loungers by the pool. It was a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee! The owner, Anna, was very nice and responsive to our questions and gave us many suggestions on the area. We loved Scottsdale and would consider renting this property again when we come back.

Incredible host and place.

Normally I talk mainly about the place but I will get to that in a minute. Anna is the best host we have had in our many stays in vacation rentals. She was very attentive and checked in to make sure everything was going okay. It was obvious that she really cared to make sure that everything was not just good but great. The home is gorgeous and clean. The bedrooms and beds were great. The three bathrooms were perfect for our two families and kids. The game room was a lot of fun. There are multiple games on each console. Dig Dug brought back a lot of memories. The pool was wonderful. The water was heated and perfect for lower 70 degree days. There were floaties and toys to use. The neighbor hood is in a very convenient location. There are numerous stores nearby. We got groceries at the Walmart because it was less than 3 minutes away. We walked to the Mexicano restaurant and Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers. Both were great. In Summary, you really can't go wrong with this rental. If we ever have a large group again we will be staying here for sure.

We absolutely loved this home! It was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was so much fun and we especially appreciated all of the seating options and pool toys. The beds and sheets were incredibly comfortable - we all slept so well! We only had a question or two during our stay and the host promptly answered my message and was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!! :)
