Awesome location for both beaver and Vail skiing. House was perfect for our family of 5. Had good kitchen accomodations too.

Great for family trip

Location is great - easy access to freeway to get to Vail and short distance to Beaver Creek parking lots. Communication with owner was fantastic - quick responses.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy mountain home! We stayed over the Christmas holiday and the owners kindly left up their gorgeous Christmas tree so it felt like home. The kitchen was very well-stocked and we had everything we needed to cook and bake from home. We had a wonderful trip!

Perfect Spot for some R&R

Had a wonderful stay here! House was so nice, clean and spacious! Great location in a relaxing neighborhood! Great communication from Dave before and during our stay. Thankful our sweet dog was allowed to join us! Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Cozy place for a ski weekend

We wanted to ski at Beaver Creek and Vail, and this was the perfect location to access both resorts. The condo is cozy and clean, with all of the amenities that we needed (kitchen, parking spaces for 2 cars, dogs allowed). We would definitely stay again!

Great Summer Vacation Condo

We were in the area for our son's baseball tournament. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely and highly functional condo. It was well equipped and clean and is a perfect choice for a delightful getaway. Highly recommend!

Family ski weekend

We had a great stay at this spacious townhome situated 5 mins to Beaver Creek and 10 mins to Vail. Our doggie loved that she could come along with our family and romp in the snow. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again on our nest visit to the Vail area.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend at this property. The location was near a wedding venue we were attending, so we were able to walk home which was very convenient. The property was nice - the kitchen was beautiful, they had fans in every bedroom which we loved, and the deck/grassy area out back was great. The pillows were a bit flat but other than that we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others!

Sorry to hear about your pillow experience. We have high end down pillows and have had over 200 bookings at our Boulder Property and thought we provided pillows that our guests like. We aim to please so we went out and bought some firmer pillows to please guests that like a firmer pillow. Thanks again for staying with us.

Great Stay, Great Location, Great Communication

We stayed at this awesome cabin for a NYE wedding in Vail. It was perfect! The host had great communication and always responded to my messages right away. The location is great for those who ski vail! Spacious home with plenty of beds for our crew. We loved the cozy fireplace! Thanks again!

Peaceful getaway

We booked this property for our anniversary and our daughter’s birthday which both fall on Independence Day. This beautiful spot was a perfect place to get away from the crowds and focus on family, yet it was close enough to Vail and of course Avon. The layout and amenities of the house were perfect, and the host was great to work with. I would definitely choose this again, and highly recommend Dave and his property!
