We were, however, a little surprised by the cleanliness concerns mentioned, as none were brought to our attention during your stay. The property was professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival that same day, and we are always readily available to assist. Had we known, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team back to promptly address anything that may have been missed.

We're glad our team was able to respond quickly to everything that came up during your stay. We do want to share some context on a few points. Upon check-in, you noted that the pool and hot tub looked great, and we want to clarify that both are professionally serviced before every guest arrival. As stated in our house rules, we do not provide daily mid-stay pool or hot tub service. However, during your one-week stay, with approximately half of a baseball team continuously using the pool and hot tub, you let us know that the water had become dirty from the heavy use. Although mid-stay pool service is not included with the reservation, we were happy to go above and beyond by providing complimentary pool service and having our licensed pool vendor come out to professionally clean and service both the pool and hot tub during your stay. Clear hot tub care instructions are also provided to help maintain water quality throughout the stay. A water hose is available to top off the hot tub if water levels get low from splashing, and a pool leaf catcher is provided for any natural debris from the surrounding trees — the lush greenery visible in the listing photos that gives the property its beautiful feel right in the middle of the city. Regarding the guest house temperature, it is equipped with a wall AC unit as advertised in the listing amenities, which provides sufficient cooling when all doors and windows are kept closed and can be fully controlled via the remote on the wall. We sincerely apologize that our cleaning team missed the sheets for the pullout sofa in the guest pool house and that the previous guests had taken all the hangers. We were happy to deliver the missing sheets and replacement hangers on the same day as your arrival. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother experience! Thank you.

Regarding the mosquitos, the property is under a professional mosquito pest control plan and the zappers are an additional feature on top of that. Unfortunately, mosquitos are a natural part of Georgia's outdoor environment, and properties with mature trees and a pool as a water source can still see some activity — particularly following any rainfall during the week, which can temporarily lessen the effectiveness of treatments. Since your feedback came after your stay, our vendor was recalled right away. Had we known during your visit, we would have been happy to send them out promptly. As for the AC, the main house thermostat is located in the hallway as noted in the AC amenity description. The touch-screen display wakes up with a simple touch and guests have full control over the temperature settings as well as the ability to open and close individual room vents to adjust airflow to their comfort throughout the home. Regarding the pool, the beautiful mature trees and lush canopy surrounding the property are one of its most loved features, creating that serene and private oasis feel right in the city — and providing a refreshing cool-off during Atlanta's hot summer days.
