Property needs lots of updates, screen, blinds, need curtain on ground floor for privacy, water too hot uncontrollable hard to take shower, broken appliances not usable, not equipped in the kitchen. Very misleading with the place in the family/leaving area not enough space for 10 people this house only good for 6 people. We enjoyed the hot tub but concerning when you access it through the bedroom of two guests very not well thought. All in all we had good time because of the people I’m with nothing to do with the property.

Perfect set up for two families beach weekend. Super close to beach. We had a couple of minor issues that were handled quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The area was great and the house was more than comfortable for a family reunion of 10 people. The beach was a short walk away which makes it easy for those with younger kids.

Nice property!!

It was wonderful experience!! Property location was awesome and just few steps away from ocean!! We all really enjoyed staying at this property!!

Great Beach Week

The house worked perfectly for our family and friends. So much space, many outdoor decks, a great hot tub. The kitchen was wonderfully outfitted so we were able to make all our planned menus very easily. Easy, short walk to a beautiful beach.

Basic beach house

The house is simple with classic, if dated, beach decor. It was generally as pictured. It is aged and the carpets are well worn and there was not much comfortable common area seating for our group. The grill needed a good cleaning. The management company was very responsive when we asked for the propane to be refilled and for a hose.

Great place to stay!

Overall my family and I had an amazing stay here! It was clean, close to many shops/restaurants, and a short walk to the beach! We did run into a few issues as far as two toilets were messed up upon arriving and had to get those fixed, then the AC upstairs on the third level was not working properly which resulted in them having to install 2 window AC units. While no one wants to have to experience anything wrong or needing maintenance done while on their vacation, I will say they were very quick to respond and quick to get someone out there to resolve said issues. Overall I would return to stay here again in the future as we love Corolla!!

Great house and location - need to work on some things

We saw roaches a couple of times which was not great. The morning of our check-in I received a call that the a/c was out on the top floor, which is where the living area and kitchen are. The woman I spoke with told me they had known since Tuesday but for some reason waited until Saturday, when we were already on our way to tell us. They did provide window units but they were very loud and didn't keep up in the middle of the day nor when we were cooking. I was surprised that they didn't check in mid-week to see how we were. The top small bedroom was unbearably hot and there were no screens on any of the windows, so we couldn't open the windows in the evenings. The sliding door to the main porch was inoperable but my brother is luckily a mechanic and was able to fix it. I told them my sister was 30 weeks pregnant and my 80 year old dad was with us, I thought they would care more about their comfort in the heat, but alas.

The A/C repair was expected to be done prior to your arrival however, unexpected issues caused a last-minute delay; we are sorry we could not give more advance notice. I'm glad our teams were able to deliver portable units and even take a few extras to help with the heat. We certainly sympathize with the discomfort your group experienced and wish more could have been done to help. We hope you were able to enjoy your stay overall and that we can have a chance to host you again in the future.

The house is in desperate of maintenance and a thorough cleaning. The a/c went out twice during our week there. Broken beds,broken toilet seats, broken furniture. The proximity to the beach was the best part.
