We had a fantastic stay in Kathleen’s cozy cottage. Check in/out could not have been easier. The cottage was very comfortable and bright. It was super convenient and had everything we needed to relax after long days exploring southern Maine :)

Nice Cottage

Great little cottage in a nice resort. Close enough to multiple towns/beaches. Host was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Wonderful Wells Stay

This property was well maintained, in an area that welcomed adults and children. Adult pool and spa great as well as the exercise room. Near beaches and many restaurants.

We absolutely loved this cottage in Wells Beach! It had everything we needed, and Kathleen was super communicative and easy to reach. The location was perfect, and the cottage was well-stocked and ready for our family of four. The only downside was having to leave!

Week Maine Vacation

This cottage was perfect for our family of four adults. Even better than pictured, very clean & a great location inside the Summer Village complex (loved having the pool(s) & hot tub). Excellent communication - will absolutely stay again!

Great cottage

We’ve stayed on property for many years and this cottage is one of our favorites. Clean and cozy! Unit has AC which was great with hot and humid days.

Home away from home

This place has everything you need and more. It is nicer than my own home. The cottage is a 3 minute walk to the lower pool, rec room, and gym. Hannaford’s is a 4 minute drive. When the traffic isn’t bad, you can be at Ogunquit beach in 7 minutes. The property is very clean, and has everything you need for a beach vacation. I highly recommend staying here if you want to save money and cook in and just hang out.

Our family of 5 stayed in mid June. While it's before the prime season, we found it was perfect timing. The weather was great and crowds less than peak and the location of the complex to us was a good middle ground to get to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport and nearby beaches. Kathleen was very responsive to our questions and letting us know which items we needed to bring from home. Check in / out was an easy process. The rental was in great condition, clean and with all the standard amenities. The location of the unit was perfect, within walking distance of all three pools and other facilities near the front of the complex. The grounds were nice and everyone was friendly. We took advantage of the family pool the most and for the most part it was very quiet and a good temperature. We wish the trolley was up and running during our stay but it started up the day we left. The only negative might be that we thought the game room would be free to play but everything had a cost. On our one rainy day that would have been nice to know in advance. Overall very happy with the unit, the facilities, location and the cost.

Great little cottage! Super clean and well maintained! Quiet area but the amenities were great and again very well maintained. Would definitely go back.
