Step into a world of retro-inspired delight with meticulously chosen mid-century decor. From vibrant wallpapers to playful prints, this 931 sq ft ranch-style home is a visual treat with personality at every turn.

🛌 Comfortable Living:
Sleep soundly in our thoughtfully furnished bedrooms boasting a Queen bed and a Full bed. The ranch-style layout makes for easy living and a carport covers your vehicle from weather and hail. A washer/dryer in-unit, fast WiFi, and a designated desk space are provided for your convenience. We provide starter coffee, tea, cooking basics, dishwasher and washing machine detergent, toilet paper and paper towels and have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron at the ready. There are some fun extras like face masks and child friendly amenities.

Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and dedicated desk space. The living room features a Smart TV for your entertainment needs, offering easy access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video.

🌳 Private Oasis:
Relax in the small backyard, complete with seating to soak up the Colorado sunshine. Please note, this is a non-smoking property, inside or outside, including 420 and no pets are allowed.

🗺️ Prime Location - Explore with Ease:
Only 15 min to Downtown Denver and Golden, 18 min to Red Rocks, 5 minutes to Casa Bonita, 7 minutes to Edgewater, 12 minutes to Meow Wolf and Old Town Arvada, 35 min to Boulder & 10 min to I-70 for easy highway access. Approx. 1.5 hours to the ski resorts, Colorado Springs / Garden of the Gods and Estes Park / Rocky Mountain National Park; and even closer for hiking, biking & mountain time!

-You'll feel like a real local (car recommended) - enjoy the peaceful residential feel - yet you're 5 blocks from the Ridge on 38th, Wheat Ridge's main drag with a small town feel, great food and brews.
-A short drive from the trendy Denver neighborhoods of Highlands, Berkeley, LoHi, Old Town Arvada and beautiful Sloans Lake (lots of outdoor activities).
-Visit a Colorado classic Lakeside Amusement Park - great for kids/adults and short lines compared to Elitches.
-Super close to Edgewater's Public Market, an eclectic collective of local food stalls, retail boutiques and rotating events
-Very close to local marvels like Casa Bonita, Meow Wolf, Children’s Museum and Aquarium

Guest have access to the entire home with the exception to the mailbox. Package deliveries are welcome (we are not responsible for packages not received).
Private home, yard and garage. Not shared with the owners or larger unit next door (inquire about availability if your guest count exceeds 4)

📝 Need to Know:
-The closest intersection for mapping purposes to downtown, Red Rocks or your desired tourist attractions is 32nd and Pierce Street, Wheat Ridge 80033. The home is about a 15 min drive to Golden and downtown Denver, the home is in the middle of the two destinations.
-No access to the mailbox; a PO Box is recommended for your stay. Deliveries are welcome.
-Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video available. Please use your own logins.
-Starter supplies provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.
-Feels like a single family home; however, this is an "L" shaped duplex attached to the unit around the corner by a large garage. Unit next door sleeps 6. Inquire about booking both spaces.
-There are exterior cameras with privacy settings. There are no interior cameras or ability to view inside the home.
-Home is equipped with a smart thermostat and temperature can be easily adjusted to match your comfort.
-Owners can remote restart the internet should you have trouble.
-Cooling is by Central Air-Conditioning

HOUSE RULES:
-No parties, events or gatherings greater than the 4 people on the reservation.
-No smoking inside or outside the home.
-Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM.
-No pets or visiting pets. Home is not pet friendly.
-No feathers, glitter, slime, confetti, silly string or other items that can damage the home or difficult to clean - $500 fee if found.

Location great and very clean

We visited for my daughter’s softball travel team. House very clean and great location. Neighborhood quiet and well kept. Owner very responsive.

Great host, great location, great property

Property worked well for us -- had everything we needed, location was great (near my son, but also near lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc.). Host communication was great -- made sure everything was fine at each stage of the process. Highly recommend.
