Our group of 6 family members loved our stay! What a clean and well-maintained property inside and out!! Such a relaxing setting (loved the fireplace and fire pit!) in a scenic area, convenient to the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. Mike our host met us when we arrived to explain the property. Brenda was very responsive in the planning. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, comfortable home conveniently located to downtown Cumberland. The host meets you at the property to answer any questions upon arrival and is very quick to respond to text messages. I would rent this home in the future.

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the "Woodland Oasis" vacation home this week. The location was perfect for our bike trips as the entrance to the C&O Canal bike path was just across the road. The house was spotlessly clean and has a great kitchen that was very well stocked. The coffee station was the best we have ever encountered in a rental house. Brenda and Mike ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this house and definitely hope to return again soon.

We loved our stay at Woodland oasis proximity to the CO. Canal was right across the street and 5 miles away from Cumberland for dining and visiting the area. The house was wonderful. Had everything you could possibly need already there clean and so quiet and peaceful! The host were the best! Responsive, helpful everything you would want! We will definitely go back!!

Fantastic gem hidden in the hills near Cumberland! Very clean and spacious without too much stuff. Super convenient to tow path trail and such. Easy check in and out. Would be great place for a couples trip.

The house is very beautiful and peaceful. There is so much to do near the property and in the town of Cumberland which is just a short drive away. Brenda and Mike are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would add to this property is a second television in the basement where the sitting area is. Sometimes when you have several people staying together, they don't all have the same taste in TV shows or movies. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

A beautiful, nicely appointed property. Hosts were gracious and very accommodating. Very comfortable, and thoughtful touches made the stay even better. Nice setting. The town is lovely & outdoor activities are available and enjoyable.

Lovely home, great kitchen

Wonderful hosts, check-in was easy and informative. We like to cook for ourselves most of the time, even when traveling, and the kitchen was perfect. Would love to go back for a longer stay.

Woodland Oasis

Our stay at the Woodland Oasis was lovely while attending an event in Cumberland. Our hosts were extremely thoughtful and responsive. The house was immaculate and such nice amenities to come home to after a long day. We would happily stay here, again!

Fall Get Away

We had a relaxing get away. House was clean and had everything we needed. Hosts provided snacks, water, drinks, and coffee that was a nice touch.

Lovely home

Family met here for Thanksgiving and we all loved the place. Large bedrooms and baths. Great room/Kitchen combo had everything we needed and more. We walked a short way to the C&O towpath each day to enjoy the wildlife along the river.

Wonderful weekend

This property is gorgeous and really clean, well maintained. The owners have thought of everything- all the creature comforts! We loved it and highly recommend. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s like a magazine.

Nice place!

Property was as described and even stocked with drinks and snacks! Everything needed was close by. Had fun riding the trails with our e bikes! Would certainly recommend this place.

Beautiful Property just minutes from downtown

The owners of the property were great to deal with and communicate with. Residence was beautiful with the owner’s attention to detail ensuring you had everything you needed. One of the nicest VRBO houses we have stayed at. Owner’s did a very nice job with the small details when it came to the interior. Highly Recommended!

Well maintained home, good hospitality!

We loved the location of this property because it was quiet and surrounded by trees. It is far enough into the woods yet close enough to conveniences and shopping. We really appreciated the hospitality of Mike and Brenda stocking the home with plenty of snacks and paper products for use during our stay.

We especially loved the quick and easy access to the Potomac River and the C&O Canal Towpath—ideal for walks, nature time, and simply unwinding.The setting offers a perfect balance of privacy and convenience, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. This was one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at! The hosts were very attentive to details…. lots of supplies, linens, and special touches. It was nice to have someone greet us on arrival and show us all necessities, such as working TV, fireplace and grills. His 15 minute tour saved us hours of trying to figure out how to work things! The view is beautiful, and you are minutes from the river and downtown. We did a Murder Mystery train ride which is well worth it! We will be back!!!
