Not only was the property exactly as listed, but they also let us know when our room was ready and we got in 2 hours early. The property was kept up at all times. I would absolutely stay here again. The last thing this beautiful condo is pet friendly which made my trip complete.

Cute place. Unfortunately there was early morning construction on a neighboring unit the entire stay (no fault of the host) Beach views were incredible!

Great place for vacation!

The condo and pool were awesome 😎! It was a very short walk to the beach, which was nice. We got to bring our small doggie, which made it an even better vacation!

The view was awesome and room was clean and roomy, we would definitely come back. The only issue we had was the room above was being worked on and the person's doing it started before 7am most days and two days were working pass 10:30pm

This was a perfect place to stay. I love Ft. Walton and this property is located on the ocean...walk out the front door and gaze at God's beautiful handiwork. The pool was very enjoyable. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable, great shower pressure and we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Must go Back :)

I found this condo to be Clean, Cozy and just steps to the Beautiful Beach. I loved that a neighborhood mkt was close by for staple grocery items. I will definitely be going back.

Perfect!

Loved this spot. Had a big window to be able to see the ocean and open it up to hear it. It was super clean. Convenient store right by the hotel. Ajs right down the road for some good seafood and live music. Great stay!

Our stay at Aqua Villa

Our stay at the Aqua Villa was very comfortable. We found it clean and well maintained. It has easy access to the beach with a beautiful gulf view. We wish to thank the owner of the unit for sending us two warm sherpa blankets during the chilly spell.

Wow! Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed in Aqua villa 304 for the whole month of November in 2025 and it was wonderful! The condo is so “beachy” and comfortable! The owners of the condo did a great job decorating and they even sent us a warm blanket in case we needed it on a cool evening. The weather was so amazing and we enjoyed every sunrise and sunset. We will be back again soon! Also, a shout out to the wonderful on-site manager at Aqua Villa. She is so attentive and keeps things running smoothly and ilooking good! The rental company was also very easy to work with 😊

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wish I had realized there was no outdoor/balcony seating and the master bedroom had a parking lot view. It would have also been better if the condo had a washer and dryer in the unit. I was surprised that my call and message requesting assistance prior to check-in was never answered!

Excellent

I really enjoyed my stay at Aqua Villa. I did not have any issues. Chairs and an umbrella were provided on the beach which made a huge difference in not having to bring our own. The view from the room alone was magnificent. I would definitely return !! 10/10 hands down.

Lovely Pace!

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean, well stocked with all kinds of dishes and pans, which is important to me since I love to cook. But the best part was being able to look out on the Gulf from our living room every day without having to walk out to see it. The view was incredible! Also, the owner was quick to respond when I had some questions about the TV, etc. I higkg recommend staying here, and we hope to go back next year.

The condo is great! We loved the location, the easy access to the pool and beach without a lot of stairs. The condo itself is clean and spacious, very nice with 2 full bathrooms. We also LOVED having the complimentary chairs and umbrella so we didn't have to haul a lot of stuff to the beach. It is the perfect set up and we will be back to Aqua Villa for years to come, just maybe not this particular condo. ONLY drawbacks were the lack of private balcony and having to use community laundry, but honestly they aren't deal breakers considering the convenience of the condo. Definitely recommend!
