The towel left in the washing machine should have been caught during our cleaning inspection, and we understand how unpleasant the resulting odor must have been. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the elevators and the incorrect parking garage code. Elevator maintenance is unfortunately outside of our direct control, but we understand how frustrating the extended wait times must have been. We will also review the parking instructions with our team to make sure guests receive the correct access code. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will use your feedback to improve the guest experience.
