Good spot in the neighborhood

This property was good for the price. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fabulous after our long days out. It’s a great spot if you aren’t looking for luxury!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed for 5 days. We were there for a wedding. It’s close enough to Main Street but not right in the middle of the chaos. The neighborhood is quiet and we easily got in and out. Would recommend!

Wonderful

The property was easy to find. Everything we needed was there and enjoyed having the coffee, sugar, and creamer available in the morning. Full kitchen if you choose to stay in, but close to Main Street if you decide to go out. Plenty of room for four people.

Close to Main St, far from noise

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and couldn’t be happier. We were about a mile away from downtown and we’re able to easily drive there and back. Staying in the town also gets you free pick up and drop off at your front door most of the wine tour companies. The house had been updated recently and was very clean. The property manager responded promptly when we had questions. I will be staying here again the next time we visit.

Fredricksburg Christmas

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We needed a little more seating in the living area for the 4 of us. My husband and I had the bedroom facing the street and there was a quite a bit of road noise until late. We were within comfortable driving distance to Main Street shops even though understandably most of them were closed for Christmas Eve. It was a pleasant experience overall. Our host Chris, was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks Chris
