Love the location with ocean view! The property is under maintained, tiny old master bathroom with very small walk in shower. We were limited to having the air conditioning no lower than 74 degrees with little to no air circulation in the bedroom, so it was uncomfortably warm for sleeping (ceiling fans would have been helpful. There were ceiling fans in the dining room area and sitting room area, but were not circulating the air enough to go into the bedrooms. As we said, the location was perfect because we could walk right to the village and footsteps to the beach!! We did enjoy our stay, however.

Nothing beats being able to walk to both the beach and the Village, and we're glad the location and ocean views helped make your stay enjoyable. Great location at Access 11

Very spacious and loved being on the ground floor. Bedding was comfortable, basic necessities provided for cooking. No need to bring kitchen items from home. Nothing negative about the unit at all. I would stay there again. Even the day bed was comfortable. I was there during Spring Break and it wasn't wild and crazy which is nice. My only problem was the lack of communication with the mgmt co. I sent 2 emails with a question and never got a response and when I checked in they weren't in the office either. When we did finally find someone in the office I will say she was very polite and professional. Just communication prior to arrival was non existent.
