Great experience in a very clean, pristine, nearly ocean front space with incredible ocean views. You essentially have a private beach right down the steps from you with other snorkeling / more bustling beaches within walking distance. Highly recommend this place and hope to go back soon!

Phenomenal place, phenomenal location, look no further! Within easy walking distance to Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, and Fleming Beach Park. Ironwood Beach right outside. We have a great time and will definitely be back.

Great place to stay

We spent 4 wonderful days/nights at this property. It had a gorgeous ocean view, with a short walk to the beach. Clean, comfortable, everything that we could have asked for.

We had a beautiful stay at Kapalua. The villa was clean - and location was perfect to Oneola Beach. Views amazing.

Best view

Property Management was very helpful. This place is in an excellent location and the view of the water and beach is unbelievably beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place in great location. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely breezes through the entire place and listen to waves at night. Great deck for eating breakfast and overlooking beach and sunrise. Steps down to lovely, secluded beach and easy access to hiking Kapalua trail. Easy kitchen set up and good bathroom.

Online photos of this property do not do it justice! Absolutely breathtaking! Right on the beach, walking trails close to pretty much everything. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!!!!

Great Overall Experience

The villas are in a gated property that is very well looked after. The views of the beach are beautiful. In terms of location it's very close to a couple of great coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. There are a few surrounding beaches that are very popular as well. Overall the property was very clean, comfortable and had a lot of the basic essentials.

Great stay

The location was excellent. I think the home could use some updating with paint and living room furniture. The bedroom furniture was lovely. the mattress, not good at all. Wonderful bathroom! Very nice kitchen with lots of amenities. Great balcony where we enjoyed watching the surf. Overall, great stay Thank you ! We'll return!

Kapalua Luxury

We have stayed at several condos in the Kapalua Bay Villas over the past 10 years and this was our favorite one-bedroom. The view cannot be beat (an unobscured view of Oneloa beach), and the inside of the condo is fantastic. The bathroom in particular is the definition of luxury, with two showers and a beautiful freestanding bathtub. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

Would definitely stay in this unit again! Great views and convenient access to coastal walking trail, beautiful beach and pool. Management team was very efficient and welcoming, communicating with us about check in/check out and making sure we had everything we needed including recommendations for whale watching vendors and dealing with a minor TV connection glitch promptly and professionally. Unit was well maintained, spotless and nicely furnished and stocked with everything we could have asked for in the kitchen including welcome coffee and a fresh pineapple on arrival - as well as all we needed for the perfect vacation - hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, snorkel gear and yoga mats. Pool area also very nice and grills available as well. Thank you Parrish Maui! We enjoyed our stay in Kapalua Bay Villas and can't wait to return!

Beautiful view from this condo! We’ve been to Maui before and have stayed at the more crowded Kaanapali beach area. We did enjoy the quiet solitude of this area. Nice balcony to sit out on at night or walk down to the beach area. The condo was very clean and had a huge bathroom. We did text upon arrival and received a message that the condo was not ready and we would receive notification when it was along with the codes. When we received the message we were unable to get in past the security gate. It seemed that the code wasn’t activated. The management company did assist us with getting in after about a 20 minute delay. We paid for late check out since we had a late flight back to Seattle and got locked out again. When I cashed the management company they said they should have given me new codes since mine deactivated at check out time. We paid for 1/2 day extra stay and had to sit outside the gate again for another 15-20 minutes before it was fixed. I asked if they could comp us for any of the inconvenience and they only offered a discount on next stay. Funny because they wouldn’t let us arrive 1 minute early or leave 1 minute late without paying for it then did not compensate us when we couldn’t access the condo twice due to their mistake. Not the best customer service in my opinion. While we did enjoy our stay, I found the furniture to be a bit uncomfortable, especially the mattress. I would stay in the area again but maybe look for a different management company

We had a great week in Maui and enjoyed staying in a new (to us) part of the island. Kapalua is greener and gets more rain than Wailea. The location of the condo complex is fantastic and the proximity of this condo to the stairs to the beach and pathway is ideal. I really enjoyed the views from the lanai, although it is crowded out there with the table, four chairs, and two chaise lounges (plus the beach stuff). More stuff than you see in the picture and the lanai is smaller than some I've had with other rentals. The bathroom is huge and perfect for two people. The tub did not hold water at first but Parrish came out and fixed the issue. Speaking of the bathroom, while there is a blowdryer, it is old and sounds like it's on its last legs. If you have long hair, like I do, you might want to bring your own hairdryer. Minor detail, though. As a few others have noted, I found the bed mattress to be a bit uncomfortable. My husband thought it was OK. The bedroom is warmer than the rest of the condo but there is a standing fan and ceiling fan in the bedroom so that helps out. I think it would get extra warm in the summer months, especially August. We used the kitchen and it has everything that you need. I wish there had been instructions for how to use the television and how to run the fan/lighting/ac in the living room. We figured these things out but there are no directions in the binder of information. Parking is very convenient and the pool closest to the condo has a great view.

We provide quality furnishings to accommodate different guest preferences and ensure the unit is well-equipped for your stay. Regarding the bedroom temperature, as you noted, both a standing fan and ceiling fan are provided to ensure guest comfort. Hawaii's tropical climate means temperatures can vary, and we've equipped the unit with appropriate cooling options including air conditioning. We're glad we were able to address the tub issue promptly during your stay. We're pleased you enjoyed your time with us.

We found the furnishings very comfortable and it was so easy to walk down to the beach. This was our first time in Kapalua Bay, but won't be our last!

Honeymoon in Hawaii

The beach access is right down the stairs and one of the pools is steps away also. You are minutes from multiple other fabulous beaches. This is a corner unit so it felt very secluded. Beach towels and chairs were provided for use. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had and even allowed us to check-in early. Couldn't recommend it more!

Great place Beautiful beach. Wonderful time

We had an awesome week in May Peace is immaculate and the ocean views are breathtaking We saw 6 turtles, 3on the beach and 3 in the water while swimming The water is a bit choppy, but fun for playing in the waves The walk down to the beach is approximately 90 steep steps
