Great ocean views! Great location for exploring many of the best beaches. Very responsive host . Get new pots and pans from Costco and I’d give it a 10/10 !

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to Maui! The villa exceeded all my expectations! My teens loved the uniqueness of the bathrooms & the beach themed vibe. The views from the windows were spectacular! It was the perfect place for my family to enjoy the beach, the hikes, the turtles in the coves all just steps away! Other attractions are not far off but nice not to have the crowds! The staff texted & checked on us and the ground crew were all very helpful & friendly! We got to relax and enjoy some quality time together. Hope to go back again sooner than later!!!

Amazing ocean views and very well appointed unit. We used this unit as our group's home base (with 2 other units) and we easily fit 12 people for lunch or just hanging out. High winds coming off the water (that's just the area) but overall the unit had everything that we needed and was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Amazing

This property is beautiful! The floor to ceiling windows highlighted the spectacular ocean and views of sunrise and sunset. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Gorgeous bathrooms and a laundry room that allowed us to pack less. Cool, comfortable, clean, and beautiful property.

Parish collection, Kapalua Bay

Condo was perfect! Very clean. Well kept. The views are spectacular at this location. It was nice being able to watch the weather every day. The staff at the parish collection were so helpful and responsive. There is a great path that takes you past the montage into Kapalua Beach. There’s also a great walk all the way to Fleming Beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Excellent. Rent without hesitation.

Perfect rental experience. The view is spectacular. Right on the edge - unobstructed. Property is well-equipped and very comfortable /elegant. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. Group of four adults. Played cards every evening staring at the big beautiful ocean. Beds comfortable. Pillows ranged hard to soft. Bathrooms huge and plenty of closet space. We were there 14 days. Check in super easy. Communication perfect. We rent all the time with VRBO. Top 3 rental experiences. Thank you and we’ll be back.

A Dream Vacation

Our family of five (parents and teens) traveled to Kapalua Bay, Maui for the first time last week — and we were absolutely delighted with our experience, from the gorgeous property that we rented to the spectacular location and grounds. The villa we enjoyed was a perfect fit for us (the bonus bathroom was perfect!) Such a well appointed place — every detail was thoughtfully and beautifully designed. We were all so comfortable and happy there. And the views never quit! Thank you to ParrishMaui for being such wonderful hosts! Attentive and caring! Our vacation here to the Bay Villas was an absolute dream! We pray that we will be able to return sometime soon!

Bay Villa 30-G4

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived through all the nearby construction (Honoapiilani road and Ritz Carlton) only to find that painting crews were all over the building where the condo was. Management had emailed us less than one week prior to our departure for Maui that painting was "in progress" on the unit, but we were not prepared for all the workers, ladders and a hydrolic lift outside of every window for the entire stay. The lanai and outside furniture was covered in a layer of dust from recent sanding and the outside of the unit looked battered. The onsite project manager was kind enough to keep away from our unit when we asked, but it was hard to aviod the sound of nearby power-washing, sanding and hydrolic lift noise. We were not notified at all about the massive Ritz Carlton construction project nearby. Playing tennis on the Bay Villas tennis courts was anything but pleasant due to the construction noise, and you had to navigate through boarded roads, flagmen and tractors each time coming and going. The condo is showing its age - furnishings were ok, but every room had something that needed repair - a closet door off the hinge, rusted shut blinds, dripping faucet, wobbly patio table, etc. The kitchen is very small and not adequately stocked. The dull knives were rusty, the wine glasses foggy, the handles are falling off the pots/pans, and the cabinet doors are sticky. The location along the bluff is quite nice, and the view would be spectacular if the windows were cleaned more frequently. We enjoyed Kapalua, but we feel this property is overpriced and not taken care of. We won't rent through Aloha Vacation Villas again.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle, saubere Wohnung

Wir waren Aug/Sept 2024 zu fünft in dieser wunderschönen Anlage! Die Wohnung liegt im EG und 1.Reihe Meer (perfekt)! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön (auch vom Esszimmer) u man kann stundenlang nur sitzen und aufs Meer schauen! Teilweise sehr windig. Ca 5 Min./Fuß ist der Oneloa Beach der fast wie ein Privatstrand wirkt, da er eher über e. Wanderpfad durch die Klippen besucht wird(also baden dort nicht so viele). Die Wellen sind toll zum surfen oder buggyboarden u an den Klippen kann man schnorcheln. Wir haben sogar einige Schildkröten gesehen. 10 Min/Fuß ist der Napilibeach. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber u man hat alles was man braucht: Küche vollausgestattet mit allen Geräten (sogar Milchaufschäumer), Besteck und Geschirr, rießen Kühlschrank mit Eismaker, Kaffee u Spül-/Waschmaschinentabs. Die 3 Bäder (2 davon rießig, mit tollem Duschbereich) haben genügend Hand-/Strandtücher, Rituals Duschartikel, Kosmetiktücher u Föhn. Das Masterbedroom hat ein rießiges Boxspringbett (sehr bequem) u die Kids haben im 2. Schlafzimmer auf zwei Einzelbetten u im Wohnzimmer auf der ausziehbaren Couch geschlafen. Für eine Familie mit 3-4 Kinder also genügend Platz. Die Terasse ist großzügig mit großem Esstisch, ausreichend Stühlen, sowie 5 Liegen (3 davon mit dicken Auflagen), ums Eck liegen 4 transportable Klappstühle für den Strand. Guestservice sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hat alle unsere Fragen sofort per sms beantwortet und erledigt. 10 von 10! Top! Wir wollen wiederkommen

Perfect for Families

We had an amazing stay here. The unit is ideally located to have it all: a spectacular waterfront view, steps away from multiple swimming pools, and a short walk from Kapalua Bay Beach. Our young boys loved playing on the grass out front, and exploring the nearby volcanic rock fields. The unit was clean and modern. We'd happily visit again!

Beautiful Location, Very nice property, would definitely stay there again!

Check in process was very easy. The condo itself sits right on the cliffs and has a fantastic view of the ocean. Condo is kept very clean and has some nice updates in the master suite. Two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are great for kids. Kitchen is decently furnished, though missing some items like sheet pans. We didn't plan on doing very much cooking this trip so it worked out fine. HOA was working on the building, so our view was partially obstructed with scaffolding, we were made aware of this in advance and property management was great. Condo does seem to have a minor ant issue, not sure if this is due to the construction occuring on the outside but we did need to clean up ants inside each day. Great location and walking distance to Kapalua Bay which has amazing snorkeling. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful place in Paradise

This was a great place to stay. There were turtles in the bay right in front of the place. There was a great place to snorkel that was 5 minutes walk away. Great walking trail. The only thing bad was the WiFi and TV stop working two days before our departure because the owner didn’t pay for the service. The service guy that came out was great but he couldn’t do much since Spectrum shut off the service due to no payment. No tv was fine but we needed WIFI to check in online for our flight out. Considering how much we pay for this place, it was disappointing.

I am a repeat customer, because I enjoy working with the property managers as well as Victoria. They refurbished the property with a lot of new appliances and kitchen ware. The only comment I have is that the cleaning crew should do the side windows by kitchen and 2nd bedroom, and leave more bathroom toiletries.

Didn't Stay - Covid

Once I canceled, they re-rented the property yet I only received the cleaning deposit back. They received twice the rental for that unit. I will never deal with Aloha Vacation Rentals again - will never go to Maui. I had hoped that they would operate like the other islands, but no. I say don't rent from them.

This guest booked her stay for April of 2020. She secured her reservation with a non refundable booking deposit. We extended to her the same concessions we extended to all of our guests with reservations during quarantine in Maui. The concession was for 100% credit and a full year to complete their stay. In addition we allowed guests to defer their final payment until 60 days before their new arrival date. This guest accepted the concession and pushed her dates out a full year. This was 6 months after the quarantine restrictions were lifted. She then cancelled her reservation at the last minute demanding her deposit back. Booking deposits are non refundable. As a courtesy, we offered to release the dates she secured for herself in an effort to rebook. We assured her, if successful, we would forward any proceeds to her to offset her cost. We were unsuccessful in finding another traveler with such a short notice. Our calendars update in real-time. Our bookings are completely transparent. All she would have had to do was to look at the calendar and she would see those dates were still available. What she is suggesting is illegal and simply not true. We manage close to 60 properties in the resort and have been property mangers in Kapalua since 2007. We pride ourselves on the great reputation we have earned over the years. We sincerely regret we were unable to recoup her booking deposit. We hope she will reconsider travel to Maui. It is an amazing experience!

Kapalua Comfort

This condo was amazing. Everything has been upgraded and so comfortable. The view was perfect with a short walk to the water. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and close to both pools and grills.
