No physical stay but excellent communication

Unfortunately I have the flu and was unable to travel however the Owner was extremely helpful and I hope to be able to book in the future as this property is perfectly located for OTR activities

Great Penthouse stay in Cincinnati.

Communication with the host was outstanding quick to respond and answered all questions. The property is just as described and let me tell you this Penthouse is beautiful, clean and comfortable with free parking on property (note on parking if you have a full size vehicle the parking is very tight so you may consider parking at the under ground lot at Washington park just a block down the street. On street parking is available but be cautious meter maid patrolled and ticketed often and even into the evening hours) Many restaurants and bars within easy walking distances and conveniently located within a block of TQL stadium definitely a 5 star stay. We will stay here again when in Cincinnati.

Stayed here for a weekend for a wedding and was an excellent find! Very clean, super cute spot, and amazing location.

Adorable loft in OTR. The location is prime as it is within walking distance of everything and only a block from the connector.

Great time

Me and my friend came here for a concert and had a great time. The place was really nice and close to almost everything that we wanted to visit. Lots of restaurants nearby and a cute park. I get worried about what neighborhood I’m going to be staying in but it’s a nicer area with people walking on the streets. I would definitely stay here again!

Great access to downtown

Place was clean and just like listed. We were able to use the Connector and it had a stop half a block away. We were very close to great restaurants and the soccer stadium. Parking spot was a huge bonus. Great location!

Christmas Holiday

The loft was fantasic, very chic! The host was fabulous and communicated almost immediately after I posted a question. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils so cooking Christmas dinner was easy! The only downside was the three flights of stairs that was difficult for my overweight, old bulldog. It was easy for the rest of us.

Great Cinci find!

Great weekend in stellar apt in awesome neighborhood. Incredible restaurants in walking distance Only issue was consistently hot water from shower. Timely and responsive host. Will definitely be back. Well worth the 4 flights of stairs!

Clean and convenient

The loft was super clean and had a cool view with a big city vibe. The location was perfect, 10 minute drive or less to anything you wanted to go see or do. If you like walking, it’s even better! I would recommend this place to anyone going to stay in Cincinnati.

Over the Rhine is Divine

Staying in the neighborhood allowed us to explore OTR by foot. Who knew that so much awesome is packed in just a few blocks N/S/E/W.

Fantastic Property

Beautiful historic building refurbished expertly. The apartment is modern with historic elements preserved excellantly. Highly recommend. The only thing to consider are 4 flights of stairs.

Great Loft in OTR

This rental was beautiful, clean and in a great location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go while in town, but there's also free parking for the unit, which is a really nice plus. The views from the loft are great as well. The loft is on the fourth floor of the building, and there is no elevator, so as long as you're comfortable with stairs, it's a great place to stay.

Loved the OTR area- very walkable with condensed consumption options and still a neighborhood feel. Enjoyed the views from loft and a sense of home and belonging staying upstairs. Thank you for hosting us!

Fine for downtown

This worked just fine for our stay. If we didn’t have a wedding downtown I’m not sure I’d stay again. Everything was fine but I couldn’t see myself stay longer than we did. A few things that bothered us was only one kitchen knife and didn’t really work, our socks got covered in pet hair, and floors didn’t seem super clean. The views were great though and access to downtown is spot on.

First Time in Cincinnati!

We had a great time visiting the area for a wedding. This location is close to lots of activities. If you don't feel like walking, the trolly stop is very close by. We were able to hop on and off and see the area without the hassle of paying for parking. The apartment itself was very nice! The kitchen was well stocked. The stairs weren't bad, and it was great to have an off street parking spot for our car. In general the area is very quiet. Our only complaint, is that there is very little water pressure in the shower. If you are thinking of coming to visit Cincinnati, consider this location, if you want to be close to everything. The host was very communicative too!

Great location

I'd suggest to provide more towels. I needed a third towel for my hair. Also, would be nice to provide travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash or bar of soap. I did not like having NO shelves in the shower. The shower head/ maybe the water pressure was horrible! I had to hug the shower wall to rinse off. The water just trickled out. Everything else was great

Very gorgeous unit

Everything was perfect although there was one thing that was inconvenient. The listing says there is a roku but there was an Amazon fire stick, which was plugged into the tv but didn’t have a chord to plug into the wall. So at the end of the day I was unable to watch tv while in town for work. Other than that, the host was very kind and the place was in a gorgeous, convenient spot in otr near downtown. I’m sure they will fix the tv issue as they said they would and I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in town. One of the most beautiful units. Definitely want to book agin.
