Loved it!!!

Absolutely loved our stay here at the VR! The communication with the host as well as the check in and check out process was extremely easy. A peaceful and beautiful location near Heavenly! We will definitely be back again!

Best of the best

This is one of the best homes we’ve rented in South Lake Tahoe! It has a great location on a street of wonderful homes close to stateline, a wonderful floor plan with four bedrooms, and spacious living areas. Super clean and well stocked, we will definitely revisit!

Family Reunion

The Hot Tub didn't work so that was not good at all. Then our neighbors behind us tried to start an issue with us when we were just sitting out eating laughing and trying to enjoy our vacation catching up with our family. I wish that the house had fencing in backyard to not have an issue with the neighbors. And so that their dogs wouldn't ckme over and pee in near the back steps by Hot Tub?

Hi Tami, We apologize the hot tub stopped working half way through your trip. There was an issue with the control panel and it took us an extra day to have it repaired. Although I know it's a bummer not to have had it the last day of your stay, thank you for working through that with us. I apologize for the issue woth the neighbor. Local rental ordinances require noise to be kept respectful, especially between 10pm and 8am. They don't recommend being outside after 10pm at any vacation rental in Tahoe, per the ordinance and hefty fines for violating them. Thanks for the feedback about the fence - we're looking into it.

Good family home - Nice location.

Home itself is great, not as clean as you would hope. Cabinets and walls and blinds are dirty and floors have stains and are dirty. The kitchen is so disorganized, broken dishes and hodge podge of things. The beds were comfortable the layout of the house was perfect my group. Loved the giant dining table and inventory of games. The hot tub was nice, but could have been cleaner, water was murky. Location is great. Just a few minutes to everything and in a nice quiet and seemingly safe neighborhood. Overall we would stay here again, just would bring more kitchen cooking equipment/utensils.

Thank you for the feedback Tale’a. We're sorry to hear about the issues you mentioned. Our team is completing a full deep clean and organization to ensure the areas you mentioned (and any others) are addressed. Also, we will be doing an inventory on the home and restocking the kitchen shortly, ensuring plenty of cookware, bakeware, dinnerware. Everything needed to prepare a standard holiday meal. It's a great place to stay for southern lake tahoe. A beautiful cozy home to go along with the beautiful neighborhood. We had some toilet issues however the manager had excellent communication and even had someone come out within an hour to take a look and attempt a fix. Unfortunately it was only a temporary fix and the pesky toilet struck again the next day. but it didnt stop us from having a great time. The house was very clean and cozy. Definitely recommend this place. It is in a good spot of town too.
