We went down for a quick Labor Day getaway. The property was very nicely appointed, with a very nice kitchen. The rooms are big enough and the balcony is perfect for watching the sunsets. I would love to stay there again. You can truly tell that whoever owns and maintains the place really cares about the guest experience.

Great location close to several shops and restaurants as well as a short drive to Port ST Joe for many more. Quiet area with a quick walk to the beach.

Great stay

Loved the quiet location. There were many mornings where we had the beach all to ourselves!The townhouse was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed.

We cannot wait to stay here again! This is definitely going to be our “go to” beach house every single time! The house was so comfortable, clean, spacious, and super close to the beach access! The Host has made sure that the house has what you need to be comfortable and happy with your stay. We were so happy and we cannot wait to stay again!

We had the best week with family. The house was perfect and so clean on arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location and house . We will be back!

The condo was extremely clean, the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room area all included. The location was great, close to the beach and local merchants.Our host was responsive to any questions we had in a matter of minutes.The location of the condo was very family oriented and clean.

We had a wonderful week. The condo was just as described and spacious for our group of 7. Great access to beach and area restaurants. Will definitely rent again!

Very convenient location to the beach, beautiful and very clean house! Well equipped kitchen to make meals, an we enjoyed the sand toys for the kids to play with. We had Everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Just remember, bring your own beach towels. Thank you, Brian! Very responsive to all needs!

Great Beach trip!

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and definitely won’t be the last. We loved the convenience and proximity to the beach, and enjoyed that it wasn’t overcrowded. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a beach adventure.
