Mike G was absolutely the best guest we’ve had. They were so good with everything especially communication. I really want to express my gratitude for pointing out a couple of items that needed attention. That is so helpful for me to keep the house in good order for the next guests. I really appreciated his help. Besides that, they left my house in tip top shape and it was so good it was over the top! He also let me know when they got there, when they left, and heard from him a couple of times during stay. If he ever wants to make reservations at your VRBO listing don’t hesitate, rent to him and you’ll be so glad. I certainly hope they come back and stay at the Winnie Haus. Always welcome here. Thank you for being such a great guest!

Cute and fun family getaway

Had so much fun doing shuffleboard contests and enjoyed the fire pit. Super responsive host. Could have used more TP but everything else was great.

Quick 1 nighter

Great rental! Spacious house with large beds and private full baths per bedroom. Communicative host via chat and a great view of wild deer in the morning outside the front door.

Pure Bliss

Wedding weekend stay with family. Very nice and relaxing. We throughly enjoyed this home. Quiet and also close to Horseshoe Bay and great restaurants. Highly recommend this house and Jon was a fantastic host.

Beautiful stay with great outdoor space

The house is very clean and very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the games available at the house and the beds are very comfortable! They have a beautiful outdoor area with plenty of space for hosting guest! The only thing I think could improve is the AC didn’t reach the bedroom by the stairs very well. But over all wonderful place!

Haley, thank you for the great review. I talked to my cleaners and they said you left everything just perfect. So 5 stars in every category to you!!! My niece stayed in the house prior to your arrival and said the upstairs was warm too. I bought 2 vertical fans and I’m going tomorrow and checking things out and see if the fans will help. If not, I’ll get another a/c wall unit like in the living room and one of the bedrooms. I don’t like to be hot! So I’ll look into this for sure. I hope you come back soon. Best wishes with the wedding and hope the trip was a great success!

Great place to chill!

We had a great time at this home. The outdoor space and quiet alone was amazing, but you can't beat the proximity to everything (ex. Lake LBJ, Marble Falls, Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park and trails, etc). The house was set up for family or if you're traveling with a group of couples. We had as young as 15 months to the wise age of 90, kids, teens, and in between. Another bonus is that the house is set up to keep you entertained with games, corn hole, and shuffle board. We are planning to return next Spring Break.

What a great stay!! Beautiful home and area. Enjoyed a little shuffle board and a few board games with the adult children!! Close to the yacht club and marina. Host was excellent and was accessible!! Fast response. Will be back!!
