We came here for a small family trip and for some fishing in Sam Rayburn. This is my second time staying here, and I still love this cottage and the access to the lake. The love bugs were horrible, but that’s uncontrollable, and the host was very open and honest about that before we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely peaceful! 2 minute walk to the beach with friendly neighbors. The water is beautiful and watching the sunrise across the reservoir makes for an incredible morning. Cottage was a nice and cozy as could be. The park next door is very nice and rarely used. If you are looking for peacequiet for you and your pet I could not recommend a better choice! Exceptional in every way!

This place was great. Very cute and cozy. Everything was clean and ready for us. It’s a 5 minute drive to a boat launch and Lake Sam Rayburn. We had a great time.

Great place just a short walk to the shoreline. Clean and well maintained. I appreciated that it was well stocked and had great cookware and a bonus for all the provided coffees, creamer and other simple basics that allowed us to enjoy our first day without having to immediately run out to the store after arriving.

Great Place!

Had everything we could need and more. Loved the seating areas on the deck. The kids loved the walk down to the water and all the trails. Would definitely stay again.
