We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is great being next to the Ritz and quick drive to nearby grocery stores. We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing ocean views from the deck and the beachfront access. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Communication is also excellent. We frequent the area and this is definitely one of the best places you can stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was comfortably and fashionably furnished. It even included details you don’t find often such as beach bags and umbrellas for rainy days. The view of the ocean is spectacular from the balcony and primary bedroom. We had a wonderful visit!

Have stayed at multiple units at Ocean Place and this has been the largest LR/dining area which was very nice not to feel cramped.

Loved my view. The balcony was great for morning breakfast or to read a book. Enjoyed being walking distance from the Ritz due to helping with grand children.

The condo was amazing. Super clean, nice welcome waters and snacks waiting for us. The priceless view and convenient access to the beach was well worth it. A 2 minute walk to Ritz Carlton was great for our dinner reservations. I can’t wait to stay in 2026.

Beautiful and Newly Updated

We loved this condo. It was clean and updated with beautiful decor. The balcony was great with amazing views of the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay at AI‘s nicest place on the ocean

Everything was well organized and prepared by the staff + the whole stay was very pleasurable. The ocean view in the upper floor condos is spectacular. We‘ll certainly come back.

Great location

The condo was extremely clean, well stocked, and great location. Easy access to the beach with great walking. Close to really good restaurants and grocery store. Convenient for golf. Highly recommend.

Great relaxing trip!

My husband and I have stayed at Ocean Place on many occasions. It is a wonderful ocean front property. This particular condo was well appointed and had little extras that were appreciated! It was one of our favorite properties.

Amelia Island bliss

Fabulous apartment with 180 degree view of the beach and ocean. Great beach for cycling, jogging or walking. A perfect get away with peace and quiet as well as plenty to do if one wishes. Great restaurants especially in Fernandino old town vicinity.

If I could give this condo 10 stars, I would! This condo is absolutely beautiful and the views are stunning! The kitchen had every cooking utensil and equipment that you could want to feel right at home! The bed was comfortable, large tv, and a large balcony! Do not waste your money staying at a hotel when this gem is here!

Beautiful 4th floor 2 bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. Pictures cannot do the location and home justice. Very quiet, good location just south of the Ritz Carlton property. Grocery shopping nearby and close to many public golf course, we played the Amelia Island River GC which is in excellent condition.
