This house was perfect for our family trip with friends. The bunk room was great for our son and his friends (young adults) and our room was great too. I'm super picky with beds being too soft and they hurt my back but this one was nice. Kitchen was stocked appropriately, we cooked/grilled everyday. Pool table was a huge hit for them too. Plenty of seating in the living room for us all to be comfortable watching the UFC fights. The walk to the beach was nice also. We would definitely re-book in the future.

Perfect for a family vaca

The property has a decent amount of space for a large family and has beach toys and a wagon that was perfect for our trips to the beach. We enjoyed it!

Had a great trip, walk to the beach was very nice. The owners were super easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again

The house/property was clean and well maintained. We brought our dog who’s never had a yard before and he loved it! I appreciate the owners having everything we needed for the beach. It was a lot of house for the two of us but I would definitely recommend families stay here!

Great place to stay!

This House was beautiful and a short walk to the beach! The house is literally just minutes from any grocery store or shopping center youd like to visit while in Destin, Florida! There were just a few minor cosmetic issues that I brought to owners attention for some updates! Could become our permanent vacation house if those few cosmetic things are updated!😊

Great Getaway

Stayed here during Thanksgiving week and loved the house and location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and everything else. Property was very clean and owners were very communicative. Only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains as the lights outside from neighboring properties shined through the bedroom windows. Will definitely consider staying here again if planning another Destin trip. Thank you!

Close walk to the Beach

Great home. The Game Room in the photos sold us on the home. My teen boys loved the games and pool table while my wife and I enjoyed the enclosed back yard. We were only an 8 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute walk to the pool. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach.

Destin vacation

The property was very nice. Friday and saturday afternoon no microwave or stove. I wasnt offered a comp. meal or anything for the inconvenience. BUT we were aware before arriving. We had to take trash out Tuesday AND Thursday or additional fees ($70) could be charged. in addition to having to take trash out on the last day. I thought we paid a cleaning fee in reservation. One of the bed rooms lights didn't work, I was told to change the bulbs. I didnt. Other than that house is amazing. The host was good at responding. I really did enjoy the house. Ohhh, make sure you can follow HOA rules!

I had contacted you well in advance to explain the situation regarding the replacement of the stove, which was scheduled for a day after check-in. It's important to note that the neighborhood is maintained by the HOA, and there are certain restrictions that we must follow and request our guests to do the same. However, I'm glad to know that you enjoyed your stay at the house.

Open spacious area with plenty of seating , updated kitchen, master bath was large and enough room to park four cars two in the garage and two in the driveway and a fenced in backyard with a gas grill.
