We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very spacious and allowed everyone to have their own space to relax. There were many amenities that contributed to the comfort of the home. The host was easy to contact and answered our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again (for the third time)!!

Easy to access, and just as described. Our large group had a great stay and really appreciated the endless hot water. This house was perfect for hosting our large group of friends.

Huge house. Lots of rooms/ beds. Good communication with host. House is clean and has all accessories we needed (coffee maker, hair dryer, cooking utensils, etc.). Gate on driveway was nice for any security concerns. Could park in the garage or driveway. Would stay again with a big group.

The house was cute not to big but big enough for the amount of people I had with me one thing I found a little strange witch I never had happen to me before was the owners live right behind the property they could walk into the house from the side gate when we arrived the host his wife and his child came and knocked on the back door to bring towels it was strange since there was plenty of towels in the little room next to the kitchen I felt like they wanted too see who we were I was a little uncomfortable after that if I would have known they live on the same property I probably would have passed but other then that they didn’t bug us at all were vary nice we didn’t communicate much during the whole week there another thing is the beds were pretty hard my back was hurting the whole week if you don’t mind those things this place was really nice clean and over all it was a good stay thank you to the host for allowing us to be there.

We were unaware you had already competed check in and we always aim to respect our guest's privacy. Regarding the bedding, we intentionally provide a variety of mattresses firmness levels across our beds to accommodate different personal preferences, though we regret that this specific option did not suit you. This was our first time here in Santa Ana and this house was the perfect accommodation for all of us attending our granddaughter’s graduation from UC Irvine. Very clean and spacious. The owner was also quick to respond which was great!
