Plenty of space to host a family gathering with 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. With a King sized airbed available, there's space to sleep 10 guests. This historic farmhouse dates back to 1860 holding so much life and memories of an era gone by. Create your own memories by enjoying a stroll through a sprawling 3/4 acres of green hills. There are peaceful spaces throughout to rest and catch a gorgeous sunset. This listing includes access to a cute and warm one bedroom/one full bathroom cottage. Kairos' Farmhouse is close enough to shopping at the Tanger outlets of Sevierville (12 miles away) or Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (13 miles away) or hiking in the Smokies (12.5 miles away). Yet it's just far enough from all the hustle and bustle of traffic you'll find in those congested areas. Reserve the entire property now to create a memory you won't soon forget!

Things to note during the spring and summer seasons.
We do routine (monthly) pest control around the property, but you are on a farm, so there may be occasional bugs sightings during your stay.

HOT TUB: is a shared amenity. Due to high energy costs, the hot tub will be off upon arrival. If you wish to use it, please plan accordingly. It will take about 2 to 3 hours to warm up. Once you are done, please turn it off.

Winter break trip with kids

Property was very cozy, clean and well kept. Enjoyed learning about the history associated with the farmhouse. The cottage is an excellent addition and very easily accessible from the main unit. Enjoyed our stay very much, look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect for a family Thanksgiving

Family met at the farmhouse for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was sufficient to prepare the meal and the historic farmhouse was the perfect setting. Be prepared for the quirks and charm of a 160 year old home! Would definetly stay again.

My wife, Jasmine, and I both love helping people. Jasmine works in the medical field helping people physically, while I have experience counseling youth and young adults. I've worked with teens and enjoy helping people realize their potential. We both hold in high regard spiritual, mental, emotional, relational, and physical health. Part of those elements are bound up in the places we immerse ourselves in. This is why spaces like Kairos' Farmhouse play a vital role in our overall health in getting well rested for the days activities. We've been married for 10 years, have an 8 year-old Chocolate Lab, two Netherland dwarf bunnies, and a sweet 2 year-old named Kairos.

This property has a rich history. Since 1860 this home has seen numerous lives come and go. It continues to be a place where stories are written as people come and find rest and relaxation and a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's accessible to many attractions to the area like Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokie Mountains. While it's an older home we've made the upgrades to it that will keep you comfortable. This home is a unique historical experience of Sevierville and we'd love to share it with you.

Walking through the home, you will feel the history in the walls and hard pinewood floors. It's a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to a time when each moment of every day was savored.
