The location of this property is great - short 2 block walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pictures are spot on. The water takes a long time to heat up due for the location of the heater. The management company is super responsive and helpful.

Great location and was actually closer to the beach than we thought we would be. Unit was clean but there wasn't a dishwasher and we weren't given much soap. Had to laundry as only 1 towel was provided per person. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay - especially compared to the prices of surrounding houses.

Thank you for your review, Suzanne! We’re so glad you enjoyed the great location of A Place in Paradise Unit A by AMI Accommodations and that the beach access ended up being even better than expected. We appreciate your feedback on the supplies as well. The listing does note that the unit does not have a dishwasher, and we provide a starter set of household items to help guests get settled in. We understand longer stays may require additional supplies along the way. We’re happy to hear you found the unit clean, comfortable, and a great value for the area. Thanks again for staying with us, and we’d love to welcome you back!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us, Randy! We’re glad you enjoyed the location, it’s a great spot for easy island time and bringing everyone together. We appreciate the honest feedback on the cottage as well. The hot water system is working properly, though the sinks use water-saving fixtures, which can make hot water take a bit longer than in the showers. Your notes on the table and seating are helpful and have been shared with the team as we continue improving the space. We hope you still made some good memories and would love to welcome you back for an even better stay next time.

Great spot!

This little place was perfect for our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed - hairdryer, washer/dryer, all the kitchen utensils you would ever need, beach chairs, 4 beach towels, patio table. It's an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Two things that need attention - the bathtub doesn't drain well when someone takes a shower and the king bed mattress isn't very comfy.
