This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom lake house is the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to relax and unwind in Hot Springs, AR. You are just minutes away from the Blakely cold water dam, which means less water traffic and cooler weather for those hot summer days. This location is also 10 Miles from Lake Ouachita, which is the largest and cleanest lake in Arkansas.



As soon as you arrive, you'll be struck by the cabin's rustic charm and modern amenities. The interior has been recently updated with all the comforts of home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.



But the real showstopper is the outdoors. You can't get much closer to the water! Our cabin sits on the banks of a Clear Creek, a small creek that flows into the Ouachita River, and comes with its own private boat dock. Spend your days fishing, swimming, or just soaking up the sun on the water. When the evening rolls around, fire up the barbecue grill and enjoy a delicious meal at the dining room table in the sunporch. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit outside and roast marshmallows or tell stories under the stars.

Please note: This house is located on clear creek, which flows into the Ouachita River, which flows into Lake Hamilton. The River and Lakes get their water levels drawn down from Nov 1st - March 1st each year, which reflects the low water in the listing photos.
