Quaint, clean, garage, centrally located & quiet

Super adorable property, incredibly communicative and responsive host. The property was impeccably clean, comfortable furnishings, garage for your rental car, busy but quiet centrally located and convenient neighborhood. Great property!

Perfect stay for a family visit

Cozy little house in a great neighborhood with easy access to family in Naples. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need including coffee! We were able to stream an important football game and access our own streaming services. It was so much better than the hotel we usually stay in! We will stay again when visiting family in Long Beach.

Beautiful Vintage Gem in Long Beach

There were 3 of us that stayed at this beautiful cottage. We all had the same WOW factor when arriving. We stayed due to a special event we were having in Belmont Shore and found the cottage to have all the things we needed and more for our weekend stay. The hosts went out of their way to make sure our stay was very special. This was our first time doing a vacation rental and due to this experience, I would do this again and I for sure would stay with this host again. I can't say enough about how Corey and Tim made our stay a great experience.

Lovely house

We enjoyed our visit a lot. The house is as described, cozy and clean and comfortable. The neighbor is very nice and convenient to visit places around LA.

Relaxing Stay Great Location

Wonderful location, clean, had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were amazing with communication. The fenced-in yard was great for my kids. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Visiting family!

Property was accurate to listing. Lots of amenities and ease of movement around Long Beach. Walking distance to shopping, eating and beach. Property is well maintained and we had a blast. Certainly will use again when in the area.

Great location

My husband and I along with our golden retriever had a wonderful stay in Belmont Heights. The home is very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Corey and Tim are very responsive and accommodating hosts.

Perfect Cozy Getaway Close to Downtown and the Beach

My family and I recently stayed at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was fantastic, with easy access to downtown and the beach, making it perfect for exploring the area. The house itself was cozy and welcoming, filled with lovely old charm that made us feel right at home. The hosts were exceptional, providing detailed and helpful information about the property and local attractions. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. This apartment was perfect for what we needed as a family of four. Comfortable living space and bedrooms. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive. Great walkable location as well.

Charming Long Beach Cottage

The home is an older home but with some modern touches that made our stay very comfortable. Very walkable neighborhood that was great for us and for our dog too. The neighbors we met were very nice and welcoming which isn't always the case with a VRBO. Highly recommend this home if you are in the Long Beach area.

Great location

A well maintained Craftsman style home in a super safe walkable area. Location is perfect just a short walk to 2nd street for shopping and dining and Rosie's dog beach is about a 15 min walk with your pup. The house is very comfortable and my pup loved the front yard. Good communication, hosts are very accommodating and easy to reach. If you are planning a trip to LB then this is your place!

Fabulous and convenient!

I really enjoyed staying at the property. The house is about 120 years old, but maintained so well in the modern touches work. 😉 I really love the convenience of staying there as my daughter and her family live very close. It was just cute and cozy and made the perfect and relaxing end of the day for me. I want to rent again next year.

Cozy, clean, convenient, and chill. Corey was super helpful to make sure we got settled into the home and navigate to the best local places to take our kids and dog. House and has a lot of old time charm along with all the necesssry modern amenities. The beds were so comfy it was tempting to stay in them all day. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home and helping us have an amazing stay! Highly recommend this place.
