Condo 272 Abbiamo aria centrale e il sistema di calore nei nostri condomini, non sempre condominio in questo complesso fa. La maggior parte semplicemente avere una unità di aria a parete in soggiorno. Il complesso Seaside Villa si trova di fronte all'oceano, la spiaggia è appena fuori dalla porta.

Situato tra l'Holiday Inn e l'ingresso posteriore di Sea Pines, questo complesso si trova nella zona di Hilton Head South Forest Beach. The views were stunning, and communication with the host was outstanding, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was excellent, with many restaurants and attractions within easy walking or biking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The view was perfect, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. We could walk to a lot of things and anything we couldn't walk to was an easy drive away. The beach was never too crowded and when we needed some shade the balcony was perfect. The red light to keep the bugs away at night was a wonderful touch. I will be coming back here for another stay!!

What a wonderful place to unwind and relax! This is our third stay with this owner and we will definitely return. The oceanfront view gave us the privilege of watching dolphins and more. Very clean property and delightful host! So many things to do in this neighborhood if you choose to leave the gorgeous beach. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me. The ocean veiews were outstanding. We even had the pleasure of watching deer in the early evening. We walked to many shops and restaurants. The condo had everything we could possibly need.

VERY NICE. This condo is not only beautiful it’s also very comfortable. When you come in you notice right away that it’s clean and beautifully decorated, the bed is huge (and comfortable). The view from the balcony was great, it didn’t get the direct sun on it so we were able to sit outside all day without it getting too hot. The condo stayed nice and cool even at night. Charlene is very nice and helpful with the notes she sends you on checking in and out (everything you need is in the notes codes and restaurant ideas also). We definitely enjoyed our stay.

I live in Tennessee and vacationed at Seaside Villas for over 22 years. I looked for vacation/retirement property in many areas and kept returning to Hilton Head Island. I hope to be able to retire there in future years. For now I spend as many weeks a year on the island as possible, about 10 weeks. I have made many friends and love the area, it is my paradise away from home.

Enjoy fabulous Hilton Head weather with moderate year round temperatures. A perfect vacation destination for biking, tennis, golf and all outdoor sports. You will enjoy our beautifully decorated OCEANFRONT villa 272 and balcony overlooking the beach. There are no condos on the island any closer to the beach!! Our complex provides new security gates for your safety, as well as new stairwells at the pool. We have under building parking (first come first served), two private pools, a private sundeck at the dunes, washers and dryers, outdoor charcoal grills and picnic tables. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while sipping your coffee from your private balcony. Or experience a moonrise and full moon over the water. The light of the moon dancing on the water is incredible! See small wildlife and deer in the dunes, and see how many different birds you can identify. The condo is equipped with Twin sleeper chair in the living area with 2 recliners and lamp to provide good lighting for reading your favorite books, a dining table area, Flat Screen TV with DVD, VCR and CD player, Stereo. A library of videos and music to choose from during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher and all cooking, eating utensils and all the small appliances you would need. The Master bedroom has a king bed with two reading lamps . Private entrance into the bathroom.

Hilton Head is a beautiful sub tropical barrier island off the coast of South Carolina - a wonderful vacation destination and resort community. The area is loaded with outstanding golf courses both on island and off with price ranges all over the board. Many golf courses offer special daily and weekly rates, as well as golf clinics for those wanting to improve their game! Forest Beach is renowned as one of the best beaches in the country! A 12 mile long beautiful white sandy beach, recently refurbished, provides for countless hours of shelling, walking, bicycling, kite flying, and dolphin watching. For boating enthusiasts, there are all kinds of boating activities. Try a sunset sailing trip, or for the more adventurous, go on a shrimp boat where you actually SHARE IN THE CATCH!!! Bike trails are unlimited throughout the Forest Beach area. There are many bicycle rental companies in the area that provide daily/weekly rentals with free pick-up and delivery service.
