The location was great, right on the beach with an elevator. Central to sights and restaurants in Carolina Beach. The home was spacious with great views.Cleanliness of downstairs bathrooms was an issue, along with the smoke alarm that went off during 3 of the 4 nights we stayed, and general upkeep and maintenance, such as replacing burned out lightbulbs, dead batteries in fan remotes, and the mold/mildew in the caulk around the downstairs bathroom tub/showers.

We enjoyed our stay. Views were awesome and we appreciated/needed the elevator so that my husband, who uses a wheel chair, could also enjoy a trip to the ocean.

Great house and location

The house was great, it was very clean, very nice furnishings and amenities. Great location, ocean front with amazing views and very short walk to the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again.

Highly Recommend!

Beautiful property, very clean, amazing view of the ocean! The property manager was very attentive and kind. Lots of space for our family to enjoy the weekend together. The beds were very comfortable. We will book again!

Fantastic property

The property is as beautiful as the picture depict. Location is wonderful - easy access to the beach and short walk to the boardwalk area. Kitchen is well stocked for making meals at 'home' after a fun day on the beach. Can watch the Thursday night fireworks from the deck. Highly recommend this property!

Great unit. As always the beaches of Carolina Beach and Kure beach are unbelievable. Water for much of stay was mid 80s like bathwater and just right wave action. We usually stay a little more south toward Kure beach where the beach is a little more sparse but there were no issues at beach here and it was closer to town and walking distance to restaurants. Would def rent again. Highly recommeded.

Great location and proximity to boardwalk and Carolina Lake park. The home was very spacious and has amazing views of the beach and ocean. Property managment was very responsive during booking process but has failed to reply to my check-out feedback. Unfortunately, the home was not as clean as it should have been. I dont think the floors have been mopped in months. Our toddlers feet were BLACK from 1 afternoon. Window blinds had a layer of dust and only 2 of 6 outlets worked in the kitchen. There were lots of kitchen appliances/utensils/plates, etc. available but no available cupboards to put away groceries. These were not deal breakers but definitely notable items.Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay. The home is comfortable and location to beach and activities was perfect.

Quick stay

There was sand in all the showers. Hair all over the floors. They did offer to send the cleaning crew but we were only staying for a couple of days and didn’t want to have to plan around that. Convenient location and beautiful views of the beach. For the price every thing but the cleanliness was great.

The location and views were great, but unfortunately, our experience did not come close to justifying the price.This home is on the top floor and was advertised as having an elevator, which was important because we had someone with a physical disability in our group. The elevator was broken for essentially our entire stay. We were told we were a priority, yet the technician arrived nearly 11 hours later, after 10 PM. Even more concerning, he entered the home without knocking, waking and startling everyone. He was unable to fix it and said he would return first thing the next morning, but did not return until the following evening. The elevator finally worked the morning we checked out.The technician also told us he had serviced this elevator multiple times and that a lasting repair would cost more than the temporary repairs he had been instructed to perform.The downstairs AC also failed, forcing my daughter and her fiancé to sleep upstairs on the couch due to the heat. It was repaired the next day, but took until late that night to cool. That technician also indicated the unit had required multiple service calls.Additionally, only 1 of 3 light bulbs worked in the powder room.Management offered 50 per day for the inconvenience, which I declined because I felt it did not reasonably reflect the issues we experienced.Beautiful views and a great location, but based on our experience, not worth the price. I would not stay at this property or rent through this managemen

We stayed at this property September 14 -19, though it was off season, most places were open. This was our 1st stay at Carolina Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The area had so much to offer within walking distance of the house. Within less than a10 minute walk we could reach more than a dozen restaurants/bars and the board walk was only 5 minutes from the house. One of our favorite things in the area was Lake Park that surrounded a lake. The entry was only a couple of blocks from the house and each morning we could circle the lake a couple of times and enjoy some morning exercise. The house was everything it was advertised to be. It is located right on the beach and access to the ocean was easy. It was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We had the upper floor, so our view was spectacular. It was 52 steps up to the front door, but the elevator worked well so hauling luggage and groceries was quite easy. We would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Lovely Vacation!

This home is amazing! It’s right on the beach, beautiful views, close to shops and restaurants, absolutely perfect. We had a group of 8, and all were comfortable. I think 1 thing that sets this home above others is the king sized beds, that are actually comfortable! There were plenty of blankets and pillows for all. There was room at the dining room table for 8, which was also great. You could definitely tell this home is a ‘luxury’ home. The only suggestions that I would have is to provide a broom and dustpan. There was a vacuum, but sometimes you just need a broom. I would also recommend bringing a few towels of your own as there are no beach towels provided. We were only provided 6 towels and should have had 8. Admittedly we did not contact the host for extras as we had extras so it wasn’t needed. Would definitely visit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the most organized, clean beach house I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect and the attention to details within the home were amazing. The ocean view from the main balcony and the bedroom balcony were spectacular! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed every second of our vacation!
