Had a wonderful stay. Property was as described. Conveniently located half way between Watkins Glen and Corning, in a beautiful valley. The Finger Lakes region is a wonderful destination. Would definitely stay here with Barb and BJ again.

Barb and BJ are wonderful people. You can tell they love their farm and family. BJ gave us a goat tour. Barb advised of a great place to eat. We loved our time there.

The owners were very pleasant and gave a personal history of the property as well as a goat meet and greet. They had all amenities in the apartment to make it cozy and comfortable. The location is wonderfully “secluded” while being a short drive to scenic hikes, groceries and restaurants, etc.

A wonderful stay at an upstairs apt in the barn. Clean and cute with a well-stocked kitchen. Gorgeous wooden deck. Beautiful country views. If Barb offers, don’t miss out on meeting the goats and hearing the story of the farm.

Second time visiting

Just as with my first visit I really enjoyed staying at this property. It has everything we need, great location and we really like the setting. I'll be back again in the future.

Beautiful Little Farm!

Our stay was wonderful! BJ and Barb are so welcoming and the animals are all very friendly and cute, especially the cats. Room itself was well stocked and clean, and the deck was amazing for star gazing. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Farm Getaway

The place is so quaint, cozy, and lovely. Beautiful and cute decor, and the view from the deck is gorgeous. BJ is a great host and we loved the tour, hearing the history of the farm and petting the goats. Only 15 minutes from Watkins and the shops there. Looking forward to another stay!

This was the perfect getaway for me. Barb and Barbs farm is beautiful! The apartment was cozy and clean. It was an added bonus getting the farm tour with the goats and an extra added bonus being greeted by kitty cats. I would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this place for a nice little getaway! Hosts were great! Very cute, cozy place! Wish we could have stayed another night or two but it was booked. The kitty cats and goats added a nice touch as well 😊

It was a beautiful, peaceful retreat. It exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more. Those running it were wonderful, warm -hearted people. They gave us excellent recommendations on places to eat and see. It's a short, easy drive to Watkins Glen. We have stayed at many VRBO properties, and this is now one of our favorites!

Enjoyable place to enjoy the Watkins Glen/Corning area

Although a studio apartment, it was very roomy and the kitchen was well equipped. We were always warmly welcomed by Sammy the barn cat! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room had everything we needed and more than I expected. This was my first non-hotel experience and now I'm not sure I'd go back to hotels. I enjoyed seeing the animals that live on site too, very friendly! Great view off the huge deck as well. I'm absolutely looking forward to coming back to this property next time I visit Watkins Glen.

Cozy and Peaceful

We would highly recommend these apartments to anyone staying or passing through the Watkins Glenn area. The owners could not have been nicer and more in touch with us to make sure we were fine. It was so interesting to stay above a working barn! We loved it!!

The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And the cats, chickens and goats were equally welcoming. It was lovely to come back to the barn after a day out to find goats that loved to get pet and a cat that fell asleep in my arms.

If you are looking for an alternative farm like setting for a little get away then this is the place. Newer apartments and a convenient base for exploring the Watkins Glen area. There may be a little bit of that country smell from the critters but that adds to the ambiance. We felt safe and secure sleeping with all the window's open and enjoyed the sunrise on the deck with a cup of coffee. Also, the owners are very helpful and available if needed.

Recommend staying here

Was exactly what we needed. Located about 15 minutes from Watkin’s Glen, this was perfect for a trip for two. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved staying above the barn. We unfortunately did not have time to meet the goats on the farm but spent the evening on the deck. Barb was a wonderful host. We had no issues and when planning the trip, she responded timely. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The space was fantastic, it stayed cool enough even on the very hot day/night we stayed. overall super comfy.All the amenities provided were great and functional, it was nice to enjoy a coffee on the patio/balcony.Barb was a fantastic host and being able to hear her story and meet the goats and the barn cat was definitely very fun.The location was not too far from Corning and the drive was straight forward and easy.Naturally, it's on a goat farm and near a cow farm, so there's a touch of a smell outside but it wasn't super noticable inside and wouldn't keep us away from staying here again in the future!
