While the home suited our needs with our two dogs we were disappointed by several items. The fenced back yard was nice, but it was filled with overgrown grass, piles of dead bushes/branches, & broken fencing. A small dog would be lost in the yard. The furniture inside the home was a disappointment. The beds were average, but the living room furniture is for children. Myself and my 35 year old daughter had issues sitting comfortably on essentially a giant dog bed. It was frustrating to sit on a small loveseat that was barely off the ground as the other option. We ended up watching tv from the master bedroom. Some lamps, extra towels, and kitchen utensils (can opener, knives, spatula) would be nice as well. For three nights we had one towel each. Overall, our stay worked for what we needed, but a little more effort would go a long way.

We were in the area for a graduation & there were no other places available or I would not have stayed here. The bedsheets were not clean, wet unclean towels were folded & put on the bed, which caused the bed to be wet, rug in the family area was disgusting with stains, the "couches" were uncomfortable, both front & back yards were overgrown to the point that my 6 lb dog could not safely be walked in either yard, the "flower bed" out front was overgrown & close to the front porch, which I'm sure housed the snake that we almost stepped on when exiting out the front door. When we called the host about the condition of the place he was quick to respond & send someone to the property. Thank you to the lady that came to the property & gave us fresh linens & towels.

Great experience

The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was quite. We were even able to get in early. The property manager check in mud week to see if we needed anything . We had a wonderful experience.

Just wanted to take our boat out

Unfortunately, the weekend was full of rain and bad weather, NOT the hosts fault. The neighbors across the street stared at us for a long while as we backed up our Tahoe pulling our pontoon boat into the driveway. They were very sketchy. The house was nice. The furniture was terrible! Couches and bed were hard as a rock. We paid for 3 nights and left the very next morning after our first night. Because it rained all weekend, we decided we’d rather stay in our own home in San Antonio. Mark was nice and very easy to communicate with but the neighborhood and furniture was not pleasant at all.
