This house was incredible. The amenities and privacy were excellent and the water views were fantastic. The host truly made this trip great, they were communicative and really made our trip extra special. 10/10 would recommend.

Ann and Bob were amazing hosts. The property is perfectly situated on the lake and we thoroughly enjoyed the home, dock, yard and access to the tennis court. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time there thanks to thoughtful preparations by our hosts. We were made to feel right at home and had a wonderful family vacation!

Our stay at Flathead Lake in Ann and Bob’s beautiful home was perfect. The home and property are absolutely beautiful and the scenery and view there on the lake was breathtaking. We all thoroughly enjoyed t and have talked about returning sometime in the future. www care so grateful for all the kind hospitality!

Wonderful Stay for 8 Friends

Ann and Bob went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Our group of 8 friends loved everything about our stay! There was plenty of room for all of us. Views from the deck are gorgeous!

The home had everything we wanted- great view, well equipped, excellent condition. Having the tennis /pickleball court right on the property was excellent. The owner and agent were available if needed. Excellent.

Ann and Bob are the absolute best hosts we’ve ever had. They went above and beyond. The photos of the house and views don’t do it justice, it’s amazing breathtaking. We had an amazing time, and we hope to go back.

Situated directly on Flathead Lake with private dock. Use of paddle boards, canoe, and kayaks. Tennis court, pickle ball, and basketball. Inside the house are kids games, crafts, electric keyboard, and table tennis. Amazing setting and amenities!

Everything you could hope for, and more

Our family of 6 adults, and 5 kids ranging in age from 12 to 17 had a fabulous week at the house. The kids enjoyed kayaking, waterboarding, pickleball, tennis, disc golf, and board games.The house is well stocked, the property beautifully landscaped, and the view of the lake and mountains from the deck is breathtaking.We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Montana Lake Paradise

We had such a great stay in Montana at this house! The hosts, Bob and Ann meet us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the house and made us feel right at home! The house was more than big enough for our group of 11 family members aged 12-84! The house and property is pristine and has many indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out including the incredible dock! We day tripped to Glacier, Kalispell and Bigfork- all an easy drive from the house. We hope to be back some day!!

Wonderful Montana family vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Lake House. The property is spacious and luxurious. Everything that we could want or need was at hand. We really enjoyed the dock and swimming in the lake, the tennis court and just sitting on the deck watching the ever-changing view of the lake and the beautiful sunsets. Ann and Bob were very gracious hosts – the best. The answered all of our questions before we came and then gave us lots of pointers on how to enjoy our stay once we arrived. Everyone had a wonderful time. I would recommend this beautiful home to everyone I know.

Couldn't have been better!

This property and hosts were just amazing! Beautiful house with amazing views. The kitchen was stocked extremely well..we were never in need of a utensil, pot, pan, dish, glass, etc. Plenty of toys and activities to keep everyone busy...boating, kayaking, paddleboard, tennis, basketball and relaxing in the lake. Our hosts, Bob and Ann, treated us like family. We're already planning next year!

well they do have a mouse problem. property manager was right there for any questions or help we needed. beautiful view all around.yes I would recommend this.

Dear Velma, we are aware, living in the country like you do, that mice are outside and they try to get in. We have a service that comes here 3x/year to address pests of all kinds, plus we leave traps out for the mice. We did have to remove one mouse from a trap when you were here, and believe me, we check vigilantly all year round! It is not a chronic problem by any means. Thank you for being so good natured about it, it’s just a fact of living in the woods. Your family were wonderful guests and kept the house very clean! We would be happy to have you all back any time.

A Great Trip was had by all

The property is amazing. Incredible views of the lake, spacious accommodations and room to spread out in a great house. The phrase "but wait there's more" comes to mind when describing the property and the numerous ammenities. The dock is great for boating and there are plenty of other activities on site if you want to stay at the house all trip. We loved the patio area for telling fish tales and enjoying the views, the grill for dinner and the bar for socializing. The house and property is a great place for family and friends. Highly recommend.

Breathtaking lake and mountain views

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 12 which included 3 generations. The lake is beautiful and the dock is wonderful for fishing or just relaxing. Kayaks, canoe and paddleboard added to the fun! No reason to leave the property. The kitchen was very well stocked. More than any vacation rental we've experienced! Our family says this is the best vacation we've ever had!! And I cannot say enough about our hosts Ann and Bob, who treated us to an evening boat ride on our last day! They were very attentive to any issues and are 2 of the best people we've ever met! I hope we can return someday!!

A beautiful house on an amazing property, with a perfect view. Great for a family — there’s so much to do! Tennis, pickleball, basketball, badminton, kayaking, paddle boarding — all the equipment is provided and easily available. Want to go pick cherries in cherry season? It’s all right there. If you’re into cooking, you’ll love this: this is the best-appointed VRBO we’ve stayed in. Great pots, pans, knives, etc. We had limited mobility people with us, and the first-floor room was great for them. Details: Internet was great; basement rec room was fun and had lots to do; centrally located; writing desks in every room; house rules were easy and painless. Would 100% book again.

Valence and Beauty

We gathered to celebrate my daughter’s 50th birthday. A group of 7, we ranged in age from 12-76. Ann and Bob introduced us to their lake house, which is beautifully situated on Flathead Lake, generously furnished with every amenity in the kitchen, the living space and on the dock. They were both near and far, immediately available to answer questions and make suggestions yet allowing our family time and space we had come for. We were within an hour’s drive of Glacier National Park and Whitefish, where we enjoyed natural beauty and a celebratory dinner. We were equally happy to spend time at “home” kayaking, cooking, playing Telefunken, talking on the porch, watching the night sky.

Amazing Place, Great Hosts

Our family recently rented this lakefront home, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the welcoming atmosphere of the property. Great Dock for Swimming One of the best features was the **huge dock** that extended into the water. It was the perfect spot for swimming with the kids, who spent hours enjoying the water. We also enjoyed relaxing on the dock, taking in the views and the peaceful sounds of the lake. Fun with Onsite Amenities For those who enjoy being active, this property had excellent onsite tennis and pickleball courts. We had a lot of fun playing games together! Scenic Grounds for Morning Walks Every morning, we took advantage of the beautiful grounds surrounding the home. The paths were perfect for walks, offering nice views of the lake and the greenery. These morning strolls became a favorite part of our routine, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and the calm atmosphere. Well-Equipped Kitchen The house itself was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for our family. Cooking together was enjoyable, and we loved gathering around the dining table to share our meals. The spacious layout of the home provided plenty of room for everyone to relax a We will book again!

We loved it! Ann and Bob were such great hosts. The house was super clean, and fully equipped for our family gathering. We loved the many games, paddle boats, and porches for relaxing. It had everything we needed, and more! We didn’t want to leave. :)

It truly had every amenity you could imagine, making our vacation comfortable, relaxing, and completely stress-free.Ann and Bob are the nicest hosts we've ever met.
