Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review of your stay. We regret you were unable to leave a FIVE STAR review. Most find the beds very comfortable and really enjoy the unit. We go through lots of towels at Innisbrook, unfortunately your group damaged a number of them too. We have resupplied all the towels. The unit is one of the nicest at Innisbrook and is a perfect spot to have a wonderful vacation. We appreciate your feedback and will adjust as necessary to provide the best vacation rentals. We are saddened that this guest had so much difficulty with what really is a very simple process. Definitely a one off review. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify and respond to a few points in Mr. Zamani's review. First, we send very detailed check in procedure information not once but three times prior to arrival and check in. Building and unit number are on the first page of your rental agreement, in the title of the listing, in the first paragraph of the description and repeated a few times in our correspondence. It is very rare anyone has difficulty with it. It is only necessary to check in through the security gate and go to your unit which is explained in length in our correspondence down to a T. You are booking directly with the owner's agent, not the Innisbrook Resort at 1/3 to half of the price the resort will charge you for a not as nice unit. Second, the description clearly explains the rental is for accomodations only. The pools, resort amenities and the golf courses are private amenitites for those who have purchased memberships at a hefty price for their exclusivity. The pools are open and many go there without a problem. We are required to include the SPECIAL NOTE language you read in our description. Third, this is one of the nicest units at Innisbrook. Directly on the Copperhead Course and the fantastic Packards Steakhouse and bar where Innisbrook will gladly still take your money:) Freshly painted, impeccably renovated, brand new beds, furniture, TV's and on and on. Fourth, we provided this guest with plenty of brand new towels craftily presented on each bed and hung in the bathrooms, starter rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, hand soaps at every sink, laundry and dish wash detergent, etc, etc. Anyone looking for a family friendly, clean, new unit for a relaxing vacation should look no further. This is the place. We look forward to having you stay with us. Brian and Cadie, Florida Sun Vacation Rentals, Palm Harbor, Florida
