Second floor ocean view and of the heated pool. Apartment was beautiful and very clean. Came with all the amenities need to cook and plenty of space. Lots of fun stuff close by. Would definitely come again.

The rooms were well furnished and as described in the pictures. The ice maker was a bonus!

We came for a week with out family. Very roomy and loved that we all had our own bathroom. We also loved the ocean view on the balcony. It was a short walk to the beach. The heated pool and huge hot tub were wonderful. It was a little cold in March for using the big pool but it looked really nice.The furniture was very comfortable. We loved the recliners. I would highly recommend this condo.

Not the cleanest or coolest.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Wish they would clean the tubs better. 2. Air conditioner did not dehumidify very well. Our family had also rented the unit next door which was always cooler and we could not lower the thermostat lower than 69. Then unit next door could be lowered to 67. I requested if we could lower at night to 6 ;or 67 and was told the owners had locked the thermostat. 3. Two days of our beach vacation, the pool was closed due to a child pooping in the big pool. Perhaps, rules should be listed in the condo about non potty trained children wearing swim diapers.4. Why do you not want us to strip the sheets at end of stay? Are you only changing the pillow cases? I have discovered this is a tactic in other beach rentals. 5. Beds were comfy. 6. Would appreciate 2 sets of towels per person. Spent most of ,up time washing everyone’s towels every day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Adagio for the last 12 years and have always stayed in different condos. For the last 2 years, we have stayed in this one and have never been disappointed. It was nice to see that the microwave was fixed, the sink was updated, as well as the washer and dryer. The only complaint I have is with property management. The person (young girl) who answered was very rude.

The last time we stayed in this unit it was clean however, this year it was spectacular!! I spoke with Stephanie a few times via text and she was awesome as well! We will see you next year!

We have rented through all the possible options , Southern Vacation rentals, VRBO, Tour Friebds at the beach and straight from Adagio. Hands down u choose going directly through Adagio! The room this year was beyond expectations! We had 9 guests and rented B203. Four bedroom beach side condo. It was absolutely beautiful. It had everything you could need for your stay. The kitchen was completely stocked!The fridge was huge and fit all our groceries with room to spare !Communication was great and we had the best week !I can’t say enough about this place! Would recommend to anyone!!It’s become our family’s tradition to stay at the Adagio and B 203 will be on our list to stay in again and again!

Our feet were dirty as we walked on them. I also felt like the rugs were dirty too. The place itself was nice just not cleaned like I expected.

Rooms provided with necessities which were very nice. The view beautiful. Loved the leather sofa and chair which we love because it cleans easy and we’re our favorite two places to sit. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and beautiful views. However B-203 was absolutely filthy. $4800 to stay in a unit that was in that kind of shape is beyond ridiculous. When we arrived, within one hour everyone in our unit's feet were black. I have a one year old that still mostly crawls and her hands, knees and feet were black. I did contact the Adagio management and they did send someone to clean the floors but it was just a quick mop. These floors need deep cleaned. My children lost a few things under the furniture and we discovered food and crumbs under the furniture along with cockroaches. I could not believe what I was seeing. I took pictures of one of the cockroaches and sent to adagio management and never heard anything back. The very next morning I had another cockroach run across the floor in the master bathroom. I took another picture and sent to adagio management and still haven't heard anything back. I couldn't wait to get out of there!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. The property was well kept but the pool was dirty. The condo wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Very dirty throw rugs scattered about. Coffee pot leaked water every day. Kitchen wasn’t very well stocked. We had to sweep tons of sand out of the bedrooms before we could even unpack. Biggest complaint was the uncleanliness after having to wait until a 5:00pm Checkin, which seemed extreme - they claim the late check in is due to extra cleaning but we did not experience that.
