Words cannot explain how this property exceeded my expectations! The communication from the hostess was amazing! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very inviting. The bunk room was a plus for 4 teenaged boys and all of them are tall. The full over full bunks were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook, and there was plenty of sitting room. You must rent this place! We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We arrived and the Home we had reserved had a roof that was leaking significantly. We contacted our host and they got us all set up in a different house. It was clean, close to the beach and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend and would definitely rent a home from them again.

Kitchen has more than you could use and we did enjoy the pool a couple of days while there. Everything was wonderful as this was our second stay at the same house back to back years. Hopefully that tells everyone how we enjoyed the house. Very relaxing and easy to get to the beach walking or driving, with the pool just a blocks walk from house. As it shows we would stay here again.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the kitchen is well stocked. There is plenty of space for together time and also enough room for privacy.It is conveniently located near the pool/playground, which made going back and forth throughout the day easy for the children.Our hostess, Renda, was spot on and presented us with a warm welcome when we arrived. My grandchildren can’t wait to return. We found our perfect spot.

The property was great, Beautiful and clean. The grill and Lenai could of used some cleaning and it would of been helpful to be able to use the golf cart.

Linda, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I appreciate it. I'm sorry the owner had his insurance canceled and you could not rent the golf cart from him directly. The lanai is clean and we make sure it is. Sometimes if it rains there are debris from the beautiful trees that shade the lanai however this does not make our lanai "dirty". The grill is the responsibility of the guests to clean upon departure. If the grill was missed during an inspection...you could of called me immediately and we would of came down and cleaned it for you. Renda

Florida Family Trip

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO! Great location, the golf cart rental is a must. So easy to drive to the beach and park it. Renda was fast to answer any questions we had and was very welcoming and friendly. I would book this one again.

Awesome week in Destin!!

Had an awesome time in Destin!! We come every year and this house is at the top of our list! It had everything we needed, in the perfect location, and the perfect host (Renda)!! We took the golf cart out around the area, and we are sooo glad we made the decision to rent it!! It was a great time, and can’t wait to come back!!!

Absolutely Perfect!

What a perfect home for our vacation! Clean and in a great location! The bunk room was perfect for the 5 teens boys. The kitchen had everything we needed even a crock pot! Short walk to the beach and several restaurants!! We absolutely will be back!! Renda is an amazing host and very accessible!!

Friend reunion

We met up with our friends here. They have two teens, we have two kids (11 & 7). The home was beautiful, comfortable and had a great area to hang out with a big group. The neighborhood has a lot to offer. We loved the pool and pickle ball/tennis courts. The beach is also close by and very nice!

Enjoyable stay

House was very nice!! Sleeps 12 so you will likely have more than two cars. Read the property rules for parking more than two cars. I.e. can’t block the sidewalk certain hours of the day. Can’t park on the street certain hours etc. would gladly stay here again!

We had such a great time staying at this Destin gem! With 8 of us (my wife, three sons, parents, and sister), the house gave us all the space we needed to relax and recharge. The layout is open and family-friendly, and you can’t beat the location — just a quick drive to the beach and a short stroll to the pool. My boys were thrilled with the stash of beach toys, which made every day at the water even more fun. My parents were big fans of the enclosed patio — perfect for evening chats without worrying about mosquitoes. A huge shout-out to Renda, the property owner, who was incredibly responsive and kind throughout the whole process. This place felt like home, and we’re already talking about making it our go-to summer spot for years to come!
