Disappointed Villa #104A

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apparently the owners are only interested in collecting the rent of the unit and not the upkeep. The toilet ran continuously, the couch was soiled, the kitchen needed a new facelift, the kitchen chairs were unstable and the dishwasher flooded the floor. Maintenance was delayed and all together it was a nightmare especially for the cost of the unit! Please go somewhere else.

Great location nice neighborhood beautiful beach access

Check in process with easy, great location peaceful neighborhood and fantastic semi private beach access. Beds a little uncomfortable, dishwasher not great, fairly clean, plenty of towels for inside use and beach, plus semi decent beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall would stay again.

Great location and Very nice!!

We stay in this same location every year (Crescent Beach) and this was one of the best places we have stayed! Great location (short walk to the beach down a private drive) and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The pool was really beautiful, and there are chairs for rent on the private beach…we will definitely be back!

Great place, great people. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. The only issue is limited beach space near the resort and a minor issue with buffering on all the televisions but I cant complain too much...fun time.

Great location

The property could use a deep cleaning and some things need fixing, but overall it was a great place to stay because of the location! Restaurants, bars, groceries, 7-11, trolley, and the beach all within walking distance! Loved our time in Siesta Key!

Great Location

This property is perfect for those who are okay with no frills, yet clean accommodations. We found the grounds to be in need of cleaning up (overgrown and unkept). Excellent location to restaurants and private beach.
