Every thing was great except we had 6 adults and one of them had to sleep on a bunk bed. I think that should have been included in the description. My son was 6’ 3”.

Extremely clean. Master bed was so comfy. Floors were so clean never felt any grit on bare feet at all. Loved the view. Air Conditioner kept entire 3 floors very cool. Only Con was no internal lock on main door. I suggest a chain or latch lock for safety as we placed bench and coolers in front of the door for our peace of mind for nighttime.

Quick and easy access to the beach. Clean. Well maintained pool and grounds. Access to grills, hot tub, secure parking.We especially appreciated the ground level access and do not regret selecting this property over the many condos available up and down the beach.

Absolutely beautiful condo. Very clean and cool! The whole facility was very nice. It was great having a pool and hot tub and the deck that overlooked the beach. The outside showers were nice too. Will hopefully stay come here again!

The place was very clean and prepared for our stay. The communication with the host was good throughout the week as we had issues with the stovetop and the disposal. Communication on lacked on our arrival day but outside that it was great. The pool and hot tub were utilized by us and were very nice especially on the days we experienced bad weather. Beach access was awesome and the location was very great.

We had a great time! This was our second stay in this condo. Our only complaint is that the 3 floor still gets pretty warm (there is a fan and we knew to bring an extra also) and the bottom floor gets pretty cold. The main bathroom also had a draining issue and the baseboards weren’t that clean.. easy to fix if noticed. The towels were also pretty small and thin. We are a tall family and they were more like kid towels for us. I would also add some more cooking pans etc…not much to work with. We would stay again though. Thanks!

Perfect spot!

Everything was great about our stay. Pretty much right on the beach. Close to everything we wanted. We had a great time and would definitely come back. Only one suggestion would be to get a better coffee maker. It didn’t work consistently and we ended up going to grab coffee somewhere in the mornings.

We've stayed in many VRBO's and this was by far the cleanest property. The owners were great to communicate with. Very fast to reply.

Largo Mar #143

The location is Fantastic, the proximity to the beach is excellent. The unit is very well kept and has everything we needed and some. We dine in more than going out and being able to cook full meals and have access to all that we need is important and this unit had it all. Would definitely stay here again. Chase was a super host.

Short Summer Vacation

Our stay at Largo Mar was great. The check in process was easy and property managers were easy to get in contact with. Wifi was out when we got there, but the property manager came by that night to check out the router and quickly let us know the wifi had been struck by lightning and would be fixed the next day. Property managers were very kind and the unit was very clean. Located perfectly for a quiet beach vacation. Would absolutely stay at this location again.

Absolutely loved the gated property and felt very safe. Loved the Groundskeeping team. They do a great job. They invited us to a pool area get together. Met great people. My only complaint is that my mattress on the second floor was horrible, and my back hurt all week. The tile floors were not mopped. I go barefoot and my feet would be black with dirt from the floors. I looked for a mop and bucket but didn't find one. The rest of the house was very clean. I enjoyed the deck and umbrella on the beach. Very nice. My granddaughter and friend enjoyed the Hot Tub and meeting new people. From: Kathleen Gross

Thanks for staying with us at this great condo. Some folks prefer firm mattresses over soft for sure, our soft mattress in that room normally gets rave reviews. My grandkids were surprised when I showed them how black their feet got from walking on the white sand. Bare feet and sidewalks definitely track a floor up over a few days. We will ensure there’s a note for guest that the mop is in the foyer closet. Hurry back to see us soon!

Great stay!

The office was great at being flexible with changes. Also the photos do not do justice with how big the space is! They did not skimp on the main TV which was nice since the offseason was a bit chilly for swimming and we spent more time than expected playing games on the TV. Overall the unit was clean! Just the handle in the shared space was broken off the tub, which the kids did figure out, and the master bath sink drain was stored in the drawer. The kitchen had main staples, we did "donate" measuring cups and teaspoons, ice cream scooper and pizza cutter, but the casserole dishes were superb for sheperds pie yum! The hutch was perfect pantry storage since we wat most meals in. The set up and distance to local activities 5 stars. The shuffleboard was fun with easy beach access and the pool is literally right there too. The hot tub was down for repair towards the end which was a bit of a bummer but was a welcome spot throughout the beginning of our stay! Several outdoor rinsing stations to clean feet prior to getting in communal spots was nice too. We did lots of local activities from Putt Putt to ZooWorld to Go Carts and a nice Seafood dinner out on the town. Winn Dixie was close by and we walked over to General Dollar across the street a few times for forgotten items. Overall wonderful property and location we would stay again!

The host was great! It was easy to get in contact with someone when we had a minor issue with one of the televisions and a smoke detector that went off due to needing new batteries. We absolutely loved the ease of the beach access and will never stay at a huge condo with elevators again! The condo was comfortable, had all that we needed, and was clean minus the main level floor making your feet a bit dirty.
