This was such a cute property in a great location for Nashville! It was cozy and it was nice to have that homey feel instead of just a hotel room. The property was close to great food and coffee as well as easy access to the interstate to get anywhere in the city! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had an amazing stay for a girls weekend and would recommend!

This was our third time staying at this property. We love how close it is to everything. The best part is that it the yard is fenced so we get to bring our pups with us.

On our way from Indiana to Florida we decided to spend a night in Nashville. We brought our two dogs. Great to have a fenced in backyard. The house is very clean and in a great location. We will stay there again!

Really Good location to downtown, house was very clean, the only downside was the cot wasn’t working and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable, but overall great place, just make sure no one has to sleep anywhere but the beds.

Great location for a quiet stay that is convenient to many Nashville favorites. Great communication. Fenced yard made it perfect for travel with our dog. Average 10.00 uber to downtown. Many restaurants in the neighborhood.

Graduation Stay

Our son graduated from Vanderbilt and is also a VandyBoy baseball player. This house was the PERFECT location…super close to Hawkins field and lots of other things. Huge yard which our dogs loved running in. Only downside is no washer/dryer.

Perfect location, safe neighborhood, great place if you have dogs because of the fenced yard and porch. Bring eye mask if you need to sleep in darkness due to the street lights.
